While I had a terrible experience with the sales department at LHM Honda, I must say that the service folks are awesome. I have had many interactions with LHM Honda service. This last Saturday was o department at LHM Honda, I must say that the service folks are awesome. I have had many interactions with LHM Honda service. This last Saturday was one of the best. Joseph greeted me with a smile. I told him that I needed to take care of a recall in addition to the oil change. He was Johnny on the spot. I was taken care of the way a customer should be taken care of. Thank you, Joseph!!!!! More

We just came from a different honda dealership that we had a TERRIBLE experience at. We were hesitant to come here, but when we arrived David was nothing but kind, helpful, and patient. We are glad we end had a TERRIBLE experience at. We were hesitant to come here, but when we arrived David was nothing but kind, helpful, and patient. We are glad we ended up going to this location. Service tracker-great idea though probably makes a lot more work for the mechanic!! Appreciate having pictures and explanations of the need and work. I would really like to give a better review but I’ve been a bit frustrated with the post-car purchase process. Bought a 2 yr old car with 13k miles. The battery died (to the point I could t even jump it) 4 d a bit frustrated with the post-car purchase process. Bought a 2 yr old car with 13k miles. The battery died (to the point I could t even jump it) 4 days after purchase, and of course right before a holiday weekend. Long story, short, sales guy who said he’d take care of me, completely ghosted me. The second issue is license plates. Temp registration is good for 45 days. I’m 6 days from expiration with no plates. Sounds like the soonest they can get them to me is on day 44. I’m leaving town in 3 days and they can’t get the plates to me before the trip. So I can’t use my new car for this trip. I expected much more, especially from this dealership. More
