My most recent visit to this dealership was a mostly good experience. I went in for a routine oil change and had booked/scheduled ahead of time. David Jimenez checked me in and was prompt, professional and f experience. I went in for a routine oil change and had booked/scheduled ahead of time. David Jimenez checked me in and was prompt, professional and friendly. I waited at the dealership as my car was being worked.on..My car was done in less than 2 hours. My car had been moved/parked along with other vehicles that appear to have been done and had been about 10-15 minutes. I had not received a call nor text as of yet so I went ane inquired with another employee there. That employee (did not get his name but has a longish brown/red beard, worked in the service advisor area). He asked if I had received a phone call, I said that I have not but saw that my car was parked. He mentioned that "they" might just be finishing up paperwork, which is understandable and I did not think about but then the same employee kept going on and said that there just wouldnt be a way for him to look it up without the paperwork, etc. I was fine with the papework but this employee was dismissive from the start, seemed unwilling to help and just seemed like he couldn't be bothered by anything. I had inquired because in the past I did not get a phone call nor text letting me know my car was done after 2+ hours. Eventually I got a text from David J. Letting me know where he was at with my car. Shortly after David came and met me in the waiting area letting me know my car was done and pulled up front for me. My car was taken care of and in great shape. I really appreciate David and his stellar customer service, professionalism and knowledge. I dont want my interaction with another employee to soil my experience with David and the dealership as a whole. I would go back to get my car serviced but just some feedback from my most recent experience. More
