Ive sent several emails, texts, photos, and even reviews and the first thing i get from you is "whats going on?" You need to communicate with your team, otherwise, youre really showing that you have no idea what youre doing as the manager, i completely lack any confidence in any of your abilities at this point

Isaac, you truly reflected what your business stands on, a load of garbage. You took over a week to respond and never replied with any solutions. Not only is the whole dealership falling short, but so is management on all levels. Philip Pecoraro, the gm here, is equally as useless.
