I have always been impressed with friendly attitude and kindness the LHM people have shown with every vehicle and service they have provided to us. I am concerned about the NEW management attitude and wonder if they will be providing the same type of service and keeping the little extras, or will the bottom line be more important. More

Worst experience and service I've ever had. Bought used here on tuesday july 16 from Jude and he promised all of the repairs and cosmetic details would be repaired by that weekend. It is now going to be 5 weeks and it's still not fixed. Danny, the sales manager, saw me purchase the vehicle and still nothing gets done. Every time I have to talk to a mechanic, they have no idea what's going on with my car or what they're supposed to do with it. I was told Isaac would reach out to me but it looks like he sucks at his job too. Gary is the main maintenance guy who has been trying to work out what he needs to do, but even when they tried to return the car to me, the fenders were already falling off. If you buy here, you will have to call everyone everyday to ensure they are actually doing their jobs. Even then, the work may not hold up so you have to double and triple check everything they do, because they probably messed it up or tried to find a lazy way to fix it and hope you don't notice. I've been in contact with Jude, Danny, and Gary for 5 weeks and some of the work has gotten done but none of the work is quality. No attempts have been made to make this right so now everyone gets to see the quality of their work More
