I pray I never have to go back. Went in to get my battery replaced and was told all four wheels were horribly out of alignment but they weren’t. Only one was in slightly in the Went in to get my battery replaced and was told all four wheels were horribly out of alignment but they weren’t. Only one was in slightly in the red the rest were green. After the alignment I now have two wheels in the red. Was told by the tech it would be quick to get in and out but afterwards he said there were crazy long lines in front of me which he knew about. If he was honest I would have gone somewhere else on a different day. The actual tech who worked on the car said 5 things needed to be fixed urgently on my low mileage car that a different Honda dealership said was perfectly fine three weeks earlier. Told the service tech not to have my car washed because I was out of time and had to leave. It came out half washed and was still filthy. Only good thing was working with Richard. He actually listened and found a solution for me, after I got home and found out that nothing needed to be fixed according to a different Honda dealership. He was kind enough not to argue with me and refunded the alignment which the tech didn’t even give me. Richard had to go find it himself, or I would have had this conversation in person and not over the phone. I don’t see how there are positive reviews for this place. Horrific experience that never should have taken place if they weren’t trying to up sale me on things that didn’t need to be addressed. More
