I bought my truck at this dealer 4 years ago , I live in California and visit my family during the holidays , I received a Email that promoted me to take my truck into the dealership indicating it was my 4y California and visit my family during the holidays , I received a Email that promoted me to take my truck into the dealership indicating it was my 4year anniversary and that the dealership was going to provide me a mini detail, well the mini detail was not at the level I expected and I was also told the truck would be vacuumed, which if it was i could not tell, it didn’t look any better to me, before I went to the dealership I removed all belongings from the truck so that it could be cleaned properly, Well don’t expect to much if they send you a email stating it’s your 4 years anniversary and they are providing a mini detail, I did have my oil changed both differentials fluids changed out , break fluid flush , I paid close to $600.00 for this in order to qualify for the mini detail, I am just going to be Neutral on the services that was provided , just wish the mini detail was completed to a higher level, and don’t expect any Black Friday Deals , Thank you and Happy Holidays Larry Miller Dodge More
