I believe dodge Ram itself with its products have some major issues overburdening service departments across the country reading reviews and issues with other dodge owners nationwide I don’t believe Dodge Ram as a company is concentrated on fixing some of the issues and actually has denied according to their nationwide customer service phone line many of consumers who have paid LOTS of money for their vehicles! This dealership is my 3 rd Dodge Dealership I will make return visits to this dealership mainly because of the service Where I originally bought the dodge is in my opinion a not nice dealership that ripped me off tremendously lost-my spare set of keys and never replaced them along with numerous issues after I purchased the vehicles . With all the issues with their vehicles Dodge should a lot and reimburse all dealerships for rental vehicles and a lot some of their own to be lenders for any customer who’s service will take longer than a day . I grew up in an age where customer service was important sadly Dodge Ram as a company itself seems fit to brush off not only their consumers but some of their dealerships in standing behind and solving some issues again I will return to Larry Miller Dodge solely for their service managers and department More
