Disappointed with Recent Service I’ve been a loyal customer for a while and have usually received great service, but my recent experience was very disappointing. The staff member I dealt with was extr customer for a while and have usually received great service, but my recent experience was very disappointing. The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and dismissive, especially when I asked about a recall. Instead of answering my questions, he told me to come back another time without any explanation. To make matters worse, my car wasn’t washed, and I wasn’t given a clear rundown of the services performed on my vehicle. I expect better customer service and will think twice before returning. More
My service advisor Scott was awesome and kept me in the loop of everything that was going on with my 14 charger rt. Fixed the issues I initially came in for and the 3 recalls all before the Labor Day weeke loop of everything that was going on with my 14 charger rt. I do not like how I was not able to pick which service advisor I wanted. Every time I’ve gone to my scheduled appointment a service advisor or someone comes to your vehicle and checks you in well not this advisor I wanted. Every time I’ve gone to my scheduled appointment a service advisor or someone comes to your vehicle and checks you in well not this time I sat in my truck for 15-20 minutes when I realized no one was coming and I walked in to find my service advisor. I asked the service advisor about programming my tow mirrors because I had made a note of it on the appointment and he told me no I can’t you need to leave it here a week. I asked why and he said because it’s not fair that there’s cars waiting on parts and they bring in my truck. I told him that’s why I made the note why didn’t anyone notify me of that how am I supposed to know you’re back up and if other customers are waiting on parts they’re not getting worked on at least my truck is ready to go to flash the program. He told me oh well that’s how it is. I asked how much the programming would be and he said I can’t tell you until the technician programs it. This was horrible service I called the Peoria dealership and they said they could get me in on Monday to perform the service for 199.00. If I had the option I would never work with the service advisor again. I was going to have them change my drive belt to during the oil change service but after talking to him I just wanted my oil changed nothing more. More
