Scott did a great job with the pressure that he was under. The service manager did not tell him I had an appointment set and I needed a loaner car, and Yet he was able to find a loaner car and get my under. The service manager did not tell him I had an appointment set and I needed a loaner car, and Yet he was able to find a loaner car and get my wife into a vehicle very quickly, and get my Durango in for the warrant issues I was having. I still have an issue with the driver side door. I believe something is broken off inside the door panel and when making turns or accelerating, you can hear something rolling around inside the door panel. Hopefully before my warranty expires, I can take it back in and have the issue taking care of, but as far as customer service, Scott did an excellent job. More
Terrible warranty job done on my 2023 Challenger. I called in advance and was told to have my vehicle towed in to replace my oil cooler/filter housing which failed. Robert requested that I have it un I called in advance and was told to have my vehicle towed in to replace my oil cooler/filter housing which failed. Robert requested that I have it under his name. He said it would be about 3 days for my vehicle to be fixed. My vehicle sat for 8 days before anything was done to it. When I received the final paperwork, it stated that my repairs were 1.3 hours of work. I stopped in at the dealership after the 3rd day and Robert stated my vehicle was being worked on at that time, but that was a lie. When my vehicle was returned to me 8 days after it being there, there was oil all over the top of my engine covers and down the front of my engine as if some backyard mechanic was working on it. I began to take pictures of the mess before I left the dealership and Robert came out and asked what the problem was. I let him look at how my vehicle was being returned to me and he just apologized and I waited another 30 minutes for him to take my vehicle back to have them spray it off. I'm a certificated mechanic myself and I'm sure only a master or world class mechanic can do warranty work. So this job was done by a trained technician and left for a customer to clean which is not what the manufacturer is paying for. An apology is not enough for me when it comes to my vehicle I am paying for, but Robert feels it is suitable. Apparently he did not check my vehicle before returning it to me as he should have. Also not satisfied with the time frame to have my vehicle done as he originally stated to me on the phone of 3 days and it took them 8 days to do a 1.3hour job. Robert wanted me to give a good rating when I left, but there's no chance I could even give a satisfying comment with how I was handle at this dealership. Anything else needs to be done, will be done at a different dealership, definitely not at this one. More
