We had excellent service on our Jeep Cherokee. Everyone was very professional and communication was clear as to what our Jeep needed in the way of repair. The only thing I was disappointed in was how filthy the dashboard was left on the passenger side. They replaced the cabin filter but left the dash covered in dirt and greasy fingerprints. A real mess! I had to wash it off with a cloth and cleaner. I know this seems picky but it was pretty bad. I think the guys got in a hurry! I hope everything else was not rushed… but we will come back. Nice customer service! More

One of the worst appointments I’ve ever experienced by a mechanic/car dealership!! The only one that would compare was last years visit at the same dealership!! After making an appointment in advance, they mechanic/car dealership!! The only one that would compare was last years visit at the same dealership!! After making an appointment in advance, they had my car for two full days and didn’t touch it! But gave me a $3000 estimate! Complete lack of integrity. No phone calls to keep us abreast with what was going on…I had to call at 4:30 on second day to try to get a progress report. I did finally speak with a service mgr who seemed to be a quality guy with real interest in my experience!!! Over all, beside him, the entire experience was shameful!! More
