Ive had many friends buy new trucks and some had issues. Usually it ends there and the dealership avoids any contact after that. Can‘t let that one bad apple ruin the experience at Larry Miller. What I can say is once you made your purchase, the service department means business. Nowhere have I seen the flow I see there and they don‘t mess around either. The Techs are well trained and should they doubt their diagnosis in the slightest they pull another tech over to brainstorm and work together. These guys don‘t check the clock and wait for 1800 they stay late to make sure you are happy. Try it out. More

I am updating this from a one-star review to a five-star review because of Mike and James in the service department. Their professionalism, follow-through, and willingness to engage completely changed my ex review because of Mike and James in the service department. Their professionalism, follow-through, and willingness to engage completely changed my experience. I did not receive any follow-up from my sales representative, Sean, or the sales manager, Mr. Bustillos. Mr. Bustillos did not demonstrate empathy or take the time to understand the situation I was dealing with. The contrast between departments was noticeable. If dealership leadership would like to discuss how this experience started versus how it was ultimately handled, I would be open to that conversation. More

I recently had my Jeep Gladiator serviced at Larry H. Miller Surprise for an engine leak and an alignment issue. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. My service advisor, TJ, demonstrated Miller Surprise for an engine leak and an alignment issue. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. My service advisor, TJ, demonstrated outstanding communication skills, keeping me informed throughout the entire process, especially during a part shortage that extended the service time to two months. Despite the delay, the dealership ensured I was never without a vehicle by graciously providing loaners and making accommodations to keep me on the road. This level of customer care is rare and highly appreciated. The entire team, including service manager Mike Queen, was always polite, respectful, and attentive to my concerns. Having previously dealt with another dealership where I did not receive the same level of service, respect, or kindness, the contrast was stark. The professionalism and customer-first attitude at Larry H. Miller Surprise have earned my trust and loyalty. There’s no other place I’ll be going in the future for my Jeep needs.
