Despite the delay, the dealership ensured I was never without a vehicle by graciously providing loaners and making accommodations to keep me on the road. This level of customer care is rare and highly appreciated. The entire team, including service manager Mike Queen, was always polite, respectful, and attentive to my concerns. Having previously dealt with another dealership where I did not receive the same level of service, respect, or kindness, the contrast was stark.
