Went to this dealership for a repair that should have took two weeks at most a major part of that delay was out of their control which I completely understand. That delay was awaiting the parts from Mop took two weeks at most a major part of that delay was out of their control which I completely understand. That delay was awaiting the parts from Mopar. My vehicle was there for a little over a month. Updates were very minimal every time I called to get an update service tech seemed annoyed instead of providing some type of customer service or getting to the bottom of things. With all this being said I understand I'm not the only customer but when my vehicle is a necessity due to work and family updates would be appreciated instead of me calling or even stopping by to see what's going on. The only person that went out of their way to give me updates was one of the salesman Craig F. Craig definitely provides great customer service, and excellent at his job as goes above and beyond for all customers for this dealership. I was not provided anything for the delay or lack of updates/vagueness. Most likely will not return for this dealership for any major repairs just basic routine stuff definitely will pick alternative service tech hopefully one that provides better service or gets to the bottom of things i.e. calling Mopar seeing what delay is on part/expediting part delay, and providing updates (communication) instead of me having to bug for answers/results/vehicle progress. I can almost guarantee if I did not call I would have recieved my vehicle a couple days later than if I had not called. More
