Seem to have been a bother when I brought my truck in for services. Although I asked to have the brakes measured when the tires were rotated no measurements were noted and the service writer was gone. Nowh services. Me and my husband have been shopping for a truck for a while now and we decided on a dodge truck and went in decided to go and buy our truck , as soon as we got there we were helped by a man named Patrick while now and we decided on a dodge truck and went in decided to go and buy our truck , as soon as we got there we were helped by a man named Patrick and immediately everything felt off , we told him what we were looking for exactly and he keep trying to sell us something diffrent , mind you we had been looking for a while and we knew exactly what we wanted , and saw that we drive a jeep patriot that we actually bought from the same location , and then proceeded to say how he taught it was a big jump from a patriot to a truck , my husband test drove a truck and on the test drive begins to say if we were able to afford such a truck and if we instead wanted to see something cheaper instead , and making rude and racial comments until we go fed up and decided to leave the dealership two other men working there approched us before leaving and just laughed at the situation and just said they couldn’t believe that he had made those comments but nothing was done about it ! We were decided on a dodge truck but now i will take my business elsewhere do not recommend what so ever More
Took my car back in to have the grease cleaned out of it from the past few times that the service technicians and advisers failed to make sure it was done. Judd set me up with Scarlet Padilla to have this taken care of. She is the only person in a while, other than a chosen few, who actually cared about how I felt about my car and the condition I received it in after service had been performed on it. She had it cleaned to my specifications, as well as removing the grease smell. She even took care of a different issue that occurred while the car was in the dealerships possession. I was seriously impressed. Her professionalism AND personal approach to me as a customer gave me a feeling that she really knows how a person feels about their car and how it is cared for when being repaired. Her approach should be used as a training tool. A customer can get stressed when they have to spend money and time to take their car to a shop for repairs. When they have to take it back to get it cleaned out because a sloppy mechanic doesn’t take the precautions to keep that residue cleaned up, it looks like they don’t care. When I get a monotone answer on whether it was cleaned after a repair, I know it wasn’t. Car repairs are insanely expensive and the way Scarlet interacts with a customer and made sure my car was taken care of softens that blow just a bit. The ratings below are for Scarlet. More

This is an awful dealership in general. Their presence and communication are ridiculously pushy and annoying, until you've bought something, and then they have no clue who you are and no longer exist to t and communication are ridiculously pushy and annoying, until you've bought something, and then they have no clue who you are and no longer exist to them. That being said, I paid about what I expected to for a new car and I am happy with the car. However the dealers made offers and promises that I didn't expect them to keep, but it would have been nice if they had even tried to even come to a more reasonable response when I asked about their written offers. They are extremely dishonest here, I wil never be back, even if that means I pay more somewhere else. The people at this dealership will lie to you (more than most) and then they will tell more lies about how the other person will be in trouble, for offering something that they didn't have permission to, not in trouble for lying to a customer, and then lied to some more, just because that's how they are here. I highly recommend NOT going to this dealership, EVER. I should have just left. More
