Miscommunication on requirements for repair. I was not expecting $185.00 charge for Diagnostic Scan to replace a bad battery. I was expecting a simple battery test and replace the battery. A cha I was not expecting $185.00 charge for Diagnostic Scan to replace a bad battery. I was expecting a simple battery test and replace the battery. A charge of $608.38 to test the battery and replace it is far excessive. I will be more selective in the future for what I bring my truck in for service. I purchased my truck at Larry H Miller and all service has been performed at the dealership. I need to be more selective what I will have the dealer ship do in the future. A battery replacement should not cost $600.00 that any shop would have been half the cost. A diagnostic scan is not required to test a battery for replacement. More

A follow up after speaking with the general manager Vince. Short story, had my car three weeks waiting for service, I had to call them they wouldn't call me. Racked up a $1400 rental car bill fo replac Vince. Short story, had my car three weeks waiting for service, I had to call them they wouldn't call me. Racked up a $1400 rental car bill fo replace our family van during that time. Picked the van up, they didn't fix anything. The dealer GM reached out to talk to me about my experience. He admitted they're understaffed and wait times are long. He offered to cover half my rental fee only if I brought the van back for repair. Yeah right. So he did nothing. All they're fault. Zero accountability without strings attached. Paid $1400 to park my car at they're dealership for 3 weeks. Hard to believe adults claiming to be professionals act this way. What a nightmare. I am happy to spread the word about this scam dealership. More
