The customer service is ok, but not great. The lady I worked with didn't really communicate much. I purchased a service plan at my last visit. I've never received any reminders (via mail or email) about when it was time to come in. Also at my last visit, there was no sticker left on the windshield indicating mileage or month for my next visit. So, I think I was way overdue for a visit. I know that I can take responsibility for tracking these things and knowing when it is time for service, but I really like some of the other dealerships that have helped me with remembering these things. At this visit I would have liked to have known how many more oil changes were left on my plan. I don't remember from the last visit. It doesn't show on my invoice and no one could tell me when I asked. I also think that the invoices are very hard to understand. There are prices everywhere and it's hard to know what is a subtotal for an individual service and what is a total. Also, it would be nice to get reminders on recommended service based on the mileage of my vehicle. At this visit I asked for this and the price. There were some things written on the invoice with some prices, but again, it was very difficult to see what the particular service was and what it included. I hope this is constructive feedback. Larry H Miller in Bountiful was the best auto dealer that I went to, Wes went beyond any sales rep that I have dealed with. He showed me features on my vehicle that would of taken me months. I initially gave my experiance a good mark but after a couple days I noticed that your dealership failed to re-fill my engine coolant(it was completely empty). I had a cooler line replaced by warranty and couple days I noticed that your dealership failed to re-fill my engine coolant(it was completely empty). I had a cooler line replaced by warranty and after the repair was done the technician put no coolant back in the radiator so it was bone dry. Lucky me got to spend extra time this weekend going down to the store, waiting 20 minutes in line a O'Reilly's and spending extra money filling it up myself. I did not overheat but I have no idea if issues can uccur from driving a couple day's with no coolant. I'm hesitant to use your dealership again as fluid level is a pretty basic thing... especially since I was getting an oil service at the same time and those levels should have been checked. -pete 801-918-7168 More
Everyone is very friendly and they advise the things that will be coming up or need in the next visit if things are need more than an oil change. I told the salesmen when I came in I would be a difficult customer for three reasons, I have the money to buy, I don't need another Jeep, (mine has 21,000 miles) and the only reason I would trade is for a de customer for three reasons, I have the money to buy, I don't need another Jeep, (mine has 21,000 miles) and the only reason I would trade is for a deal. Mike did everything he could for the trade and came close enough for me to spend the money. Now I am glad I did. The new Pentastar is amazing. Not a Hemi...but it does a respectable job. Jeep now has a winner! Thanks!!! More
After having a bad experience with a different Jeep dealer, I went to the internet. From the Jeep website I sent emails to 4 large dealers here in SLC. Only one person responded (Even to this day). Great services, at the time we arrive into the dealership the minivan was already park in front of the lot and ready for test drive. The minivan's information was clear and easy to understand. I am not sure how to do this but I would like to file a complaint about a general manager Mike Butterfield and sales person (manager) David ? at Larry H. Miller in Bountiful. I was treated in a very demeaning way because I confronted them when they called me and tried to convince me to agree to their terms and sign a new contract with a shorter term and higherinterest after I had the car for a few days and my contract had been completed and signed. They wanted me to change to a new agreement or bring the car back in The new contracted doubled my interest to 8.1% as well and I found out they had contacted 11 banks without my permission which brought my credit rating score down. Then I was humiliated in front of other sales people and customers and made to feel bad that I had confronted them about this. Not only did the General sales manager yell at me he started yelling and demeaning me by saying I was emotionally attached to this car and that they were giving me a good deal. The other sales manager David? started yelling at the sales person who had been working with me. I turned the car back in and now my credit rating has dropped becuase of this. I went over to Toyota of Bountiful and purchased a new car at a lower interest and payments. Who hires these general sales managers? I am a business women myself and cant believe this incident even happened. What happened to customer service and honesty? More
Overall experience was good. Fred Taala and the sales manager were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I went to LHM in Sandy first but I was totally unhappy with the offer t manager were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I went to LHM in Sandy first but I was totally unhappy with the offer they gave me and they they were handling my trade. I don't think I would recommend them to someone buying a car were I would recommend LHM in Bountiful. I just wish I was closer for service because I really don't want to use the LHM in Sandy for my service needs. More
