Buying/Selling a car over the phone is challenging, so I appreciated how responsive he was to my every little question and concern along the way. Jason went above and beyond his duty in my opinion, first by holding the car keys hostage to make sure no one else could buy my car, and second, by picking my mom and me up from the airport when we flew in to complete the purchase!!
