I hate the customer service experience here I only go because I have a warranty though this location! Call your customers people! When you set an appointment they don’t call or follow up! They say they test drive your car however the mileage when I dropped it off only increased by 2 miles that is not nearly far enough to find the problem! When you give feedback they seem inconvenienced about being told. After my warranty is up and service contract is up I will not come back here because things never change sorry I would never refer friends or family to your location. More

LHM elped Chrysler cheat us out of our lifetime warrenty We bought 2 vehicles in the era when Chrysler offered a lifetime powertrain warranty. At 5 years our dealer told us that we had to have a special "warranty inspection". We understood that was the only requirement of the warranty (and were very surprised at the time as that had not been part of the warranty information we received, and certainly not part of the marketing - in our experience, the warranty is "in place" and the dealership sees the details - no inspection conditions required!). We took one of our vehicles in for warranty service under this lifetime warranty recently, and were told that Chrysler had cancelled our warranty because there was ANOTHER requirement for ANOTHER 10 year inspection. LH Miller bountiful had been all over that vehicle, during the 10 year inspection year (fixing items UNDER this warranty) and had not mentioned the need for another inspection. And Chrysler didn't send anything out (although they sent out plenty of other notices to us which we received!). When I spoke with the Service Manager, he very carefully said that we were supposed to know about this requirement and were required to come into the dealership, carefully request the specific "warranty inspection" and that they had no responsibility to inform us of that. He was clear that it was our problem. He was hostile, aggressive and insulting. We are stunned. We have bought 3 vehicles from this dealer and always had them service our vehicles, trusting that their system had all of the needed info for our vehicles. We believe that it is in the dealership's "interest" to work with Chrysler to terminate these warranties by withholding information from customers. Completely tragic, we will never use this dealership because they are not interested in truly serving their customers - obviously they knew of this requirement when they were working on it under the terms of the warranty! of course we can never buy a Chrylser, Jeep or Dodge again. Companies that deliberately harm customers are not for us! More

Heated Seat Problem I brought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service as the heated seats blew a fuse and replacement of the fuse did not solve the problem. Seems that I brought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service as the heated seats blew a fuse and replacement of the fuse did not solve the problem. Seems that Jeep has had this problem win a number of vehicles but may or may not have advised this service dept. I had made an appointment for 9:00am but seemed that it did not get recorded. Nevertheless the service representative we willing to assist. I waited in the waiting area until the representative came and gave me an update at 11am that they were still working on it. At 1pm I went to find the service representative to get an update. Apparently they were still working on it so I requested a loaner so that I did not spend the entire day in the waiting area. I called the representatives direct number I was given approx 30mins prior their dept closing to get an update but could only leave a message and did not get a call back until late the next morning indicating that my vehicle would be available shortly. I asked for a call back when it was done but that did not happen for a couple more hours. I picked up the car later that day and the heaters seemed to be fixed. When I getting into the back seat of the vehicle the next morning I noticed that the rear panel on the front passenger seat had not been properly reinstalled. So I had to make a third trip to the dealer which was 30mins away from where I was staying. More
LH Miller Bountiful and my service advisor Richard are awesome. They take such good care of me, give me same-day appointments and do a really good job on my recalls. This place never ceases to amaze me and not in a positive way.. I never know if they're just lazy or incompetent. I know it's a bit harsh but my experience is the same every time. They either can't find the problems I encounter or they don't even look for them. I always get a computer reading and then I research research research before taking the vehicle in. This last time they told me there wasn't a readout and sent me on my way. The time before that was worse. I need a new place to take my truck for sure. Tina in service has been the only reason I have kept giving another chance but one person can't save this place More
