Had appointment for oil change and emission test. Waited more than Two Hours!!!! Had to complain to get them to finish up. Was not happy with the time and lack of information. I went in for an oil change and some recall fixes on my Ram 2500, which I purchased here. They had my truck all day. When I went to pick it up, there were greasy fingerprints all over my door handle. When I turned on my truck ignition on, my hood latch light was on. The tech didn't even latch my hood, which could've caused an accident had it flew open while I was driving. The tech failed to fill my wiper fluid which was part of the service. My oil life indicator wasn't reset. When I went to latch my hood, there were greasy fingerprints on my hood. I later went to fill my wiper fluid, and there was oil all over the fill area on my engine that the tech failed to clean up. All around a horrible service experience. Very unprofessional and disappointing. More
