I took my 2002 300M in with multiple issues. Would not pass emissions because the check engine light was on & had some issues with the AC/Heat Fan would not turn off. Jeremy & the technician stuck with it and after numerous ups & downs and fitting puzzle pieces together were able to correct all its issues!!! I went in for an oil change and some recall fixes on my Ram 2500, which I purchased here. They had my truck all day. When I went to pick it up, there were greasy fingerprints all over my door handle. When I turned on my truck ignition on, my hood latch light was on. The tech didn't even latch my hood, which could've caused an accident had it flew open while I was driving. The tech failed to fill my wiper fluid which was part of the service. My oil life indicator wasn't reset. When I went to latch my hood, there were greasy fingerprints on my hood. I later went to fill my wiper fluid, and there was oil all over the fill area on my engine that the tech failed to clean up. All around a horrible service experience. Very unprofessional and disappointing. More
After 3 days of negotiating, because the dealership refused to talk terms, we were finally in the home stretch talking terms.
