We were trying to purchase a used toyota 4 Runner the other day. We had negotiated an out the door price meaning Final price including tax license and fees. When we went to finalize the purchase and sign other day. We had negotiated an out the door price meaning Final price including tax license and fees. When we went to finalize the purchase and sign the paper work they pulled the old "Bait and Switch" the final price was 2854.45 more than the out the door negotiated price. When we reviewed the paper work our initials and trent the sales manager's initials next to the out the door price clearly written next the the initials. After three hours of waiting to finalize the purchase we ended up leaving their dealership without the car because they would not honor the price that their sales manager had signed next to. After being lied too and our credit dinged for nothing we went to Toyota Bountiful and had a wonderful experience. More
Our experience was great! We really enjoyed our salesman. If he didn't know an answer to our question, he would always check on or see what he could do for us. If he didn't know an answer to our question, he would always check on or see what he could do for us. More
Took car in to have air filter changed (because chrysler hasn't released it third party vendors yet), he told me it would take less than 15 minutes. It took them an hour! AN HOUR TO CHANGE AN AIR FILTER. I hasn't released it third party vendors yet), he told me it would take less than 15 minutes. It took them an hour! AN HOUR TO CHANGE AN AIR FILTER. I went to them twice asking them what was going on both times they said it was done and it would be out in a few minutes. It was out 20 minutes after the second time I asked. I missed an appointment with a client because of these jerks. More
Wow, EVERY time I have taken my Jeep in for repair (over 3 times now, to my embarrassment), it comes back with more problems than I go in for. Wires undone, additional lights on, etc. This latest time, we 3 times now, to my embarrassment), it comes back with more problems than I go in for. Wires undone, additional lights on, etc. This latest time, went in for transmission repair, smell in my heater. Told that there was metal in my transmission, but transmission oil was low, so it was replaced, and that the transmission may need reworking/replacement anywhere from 2 months to 2 years-and that the heater smell was gone. Wow, surprise surprise, I drove it the NEXT day with the same problems. Took it elsewhere and had rebuilt transmission put in, not willing to take it back to Larry H., asked for refund, no deal. Lost my temper when the manager told me that the 2 months to 2 years estimate basically covered it not working the next day, and that they didn't tell me they had fixed any problem. $$$$ for no service is what they specialize in in my experience. Oh, and another wire left undone when we got home, but also a 'helpful' list of other things they think should be replaced/repaired. NOT there. Will not do business with these folks again, whether for service or car purchase. Will not stand by their work. More
Waste of my time, I drive all the way from Provo because they called me and said that they would be willing to work out a deal to buy my car which I am currently leasing. I tell them my situation on the pho they called me and said that they would be willing to work out a deal to buy my car which I am currently leasing. I tell them my situation on the phone and they said that they could totally work out something for me. So I take the hour and a half drive up to their dealership and wait another hour before anyone will talk to me. So we sit down, tell them what they told me on the phone, and the get my info, car information and then tell me that they are willing to buy my car for a 3rd of what my asking price is. The price I have asked for is the exact payoff amount of my lease, and they didn't care at all. It was ridiculous! So I put 100 miles on my car, as well as left work early so I could make the appointment on time. With my situation right now, I'm loosing my job, and wanting to go back to school, so I need to sell this car. They didn't give a crap about that. All they cared about was making a profit, and not finding a customer that could be a lifelong one. Seems to be the case with any Larry Miller dealership that I have seen. It is horrible and honestly don't waste your time with them. If you want to find a new/used car look somewhere else. Don't even consider these guys! More
My overall experience was as good as possible for purchasing a car. Friendly service, fair dealing, and felt as though I was dealt honest information. purchasing a car. Friendly service, fair dealing, and felt as though I was dealt honest information. More

I own a 2007 Chrysler Aspen. The other day my Aspen 's engine light came on after a couple of rather hard shfit changes and acting as if it was not fully in gear. I put my home analyzer on it and it read engine light came on after a couple of rather hard shfit changes and acting as if it was not fully in gear. I put my home analyzer on it and it read a code P750 (shift solenoid A). I went to the new Larry H Miller dealer in Riverdale expecting a "used car salesman" approach to my problem. (I had encountered that before at the old Cutrubus Rocky Mountain Chrysler dealership before (several times to fix the same problem and they never fixed the original problem). Rather than finding that, the employees I talked to were forthright and courteous. I talked to Mike Worl Parts Consultant about the part, its location and the price of the part. After talking with Mr. Worl, I decided to check with the Service Desk to establish an approximate price for an overall repair. I talked to Mr. Zack Burrows in the late afternoon, he gave me an estimate for the repair and informed me that there was another part that could be involved. He also gave me a timeline for the repair to be accomplished which turned out to be less than a day. I decided that the price and the time were well worth the repair. The next morning about 7:30 am, I took my car in and was greeted by Mr. Casey Lockwood and was offered a shuttle ride if I required one. All of the employees I encountered were very congenial, professional and courteous. I along with my wife was very impressed. At about 4:00 pm I received a call from Mr. Lockwood that my car was repaired and ready for pickup. I have driven the car for approximately 500 miles and it runs better and shifts so much better. I am thoroughly satisfied with tne repair, the service and your employees. More
My overall experience with LHM Dodge in Riverdale is exceptional with a few minor bumps along the way (no place is perfect). I fist encountered LHM Riverdale when I bought my 2010 Challenger a year ago exceptional with a few minor bumps along the way (no place is perfect). I fist encountered LHM Riverdale when I bought my 2010 Challenger a year ago. I'd been thru a horrible experience else where and they made it the best car deal I have ever had in my life.LHM Dodge then followed this up with a year of exceptional service. I would rate the service department as a 99.99 out of 100. They take the time to know the customers, they know your car, they don't pull any punches with costs, and they bend over backwards to take the sting out of any serious repairs you might have. I've never been this loyal to a service department. Recently I traded in my truck at LHM Riverdale. Although not the AAA experience I had the first time it was for the most part a pleasant experience. My salesman, Brandon, was very patient and and did his best to find what I was looking for. Eventually they attempted to shift me to another sales person, who did not hear a word I was saying, and nearly blew me out the door. Fortunately I went home, calmed down, and the next day I made my purchase from Brandon. I settled for a truck other than I wanted but it has so far been a great truck and Kelly Newman, the financial manager, treats everyone like an old friend. I highly recommend him. Very low pressure, very personable, took his time, a really decent guy. As I said there were a few bumps but I rate the people at LH Miller Dodge Riverdale as superior. They've earned my repeat business, and when the time comes for the Challenger to be traded I'll start there. As for service no one touches my vehicles but Darrin's team at LHM Riverdale. Amazing work guys, keep it up! More
Jason and Sam helped me find the exact Jeep I was looking for. I am thrilled, and so are my kids, to have a new black, very cool looking Jeep. I appreciated being told the pros and cons of certain options for. I am thrilled, and so are my kids, to have a new black, very cool looking Jeep. I appreciated being told the pros and cons of certain options (for example navigation). It was refreshing to have the sales people be honest and not try to sell more than I needed or wanted. Over-selling is a quick turn off and makes me immediately lose trust. Thankfully that was not my experience at all. I would DEFINITELY buy again from my salesman, and from this dealership. More
