First of all Customer Service, Darren Erwin was exceptional, polite considerate. He was knowledgeable about the problem with my car, he called me promptly to confirm repair procedures and cost. Even though it cost a little over a thousand dollars I felt I got my money's worth through customer service an technical skills and knowledge. I did notice a wire connection was a little close to the serpentine belt but it would not have caused a problem. I used to do quality assurance on repairs to Jet Aircraft. so little things like a wire being to close to a moving part catches my eye. I like your Dealer Ship and I also Like my 2005 300C I plan on keeping in good condition with regular and scheduled maintenance at your Dealership. Anthony was very anxious to help me see the cars I had seen on the lot that interested me. Then I wanted to move on to new ones, and he was assisted by Jason. I had shopped in St George (which is where I live), and had been frustrated by salespeople who would not give a lady an honest answer about how much I would have to spend for a specific car. I felt they were condescending and taking advantage of me. I felt none of that at your dealership. I appreciated that Jason was patient and helpful in finding a new car that had what I wanted which was not black on either the inside or the outside.. which meant it was not "stock". I LOVE it! My daughter was with me, and was surprised to see Troy there. She did not know that was where he worked, but he came and visited with us in our waiting time and was very gracious. It was nice to meet him and he must be a great asset to your success. We were treated to lunch while "my" car was coming from another dealership, and we enjoyed it. Pete got me financed for 36 months at 0% interest. It doesn't get better than that. I loved every mile I drove it from Ogden to St George the next day. Thank you for a wonderful product and the very best service. I would come to Ogden again for my next car, but plan to drive this one for a very long time. More

Went in and purchased an Armada today from LHM of RIverdale working with Jeremy. He was a nice fellow but there was no negotiation on price. I was surprised that being a large dealership there was RIverdale working with Jeremy. He was a nice fellow but there was no negotiation on price. I was surprised that being a large dealership there was no neogtiating room whatsoever. Howere, based on book value it was a good price. Problems started when we began the loan process. It took an hour and 10 minutes from when we filled out the paperwork to when we finally got in with the Business Manager, Mr Wilder. Up to this point we had told Jeremy we had approved financing from a credit union at 2.99 and Jeremy indidcated he would try to get us an even better rate at another credit union who is their main source of funding. When we sat down with Mr Wilder he starts telling us we qualified at 3.99 percent. We told him we were approved at 2.99 per cent and Jeremy was aware of it and trying to get us a better rate than 3.99 per cent. Mr Wilder then relents and says he will honor that 2.99 per cent. He fiddles with the keyboard and then says he has a coupon for 2.74 per cent. What?! Why try the bait and switch? Then we are told the monthly payment, which is higher than what we had agreed on...Mr Wilder had assumed the extra warranty into the deal...we did decide to eventually purchase the warranty, but the purchase of said warranty should NOT be assumed. At this point we have been at the dealer for 3-plus hours, inside for all of it. Jeremy said he had taken the vehicle back to be detailed. After completing the paperwork we go out to leave and I ask for the keys. There is only one according to Jeremy. Shame on us for not asking beforehand, but in my mind that should be something told to a customer up front..."we only have one key for this vehicle!" We climb inside the vehicle and it had NOT been detailed at all!!! It had not even been vacuumed! Every time I have ever purchased a vehicle from a dealer, the vehicle gets at least a rough detail and a tank of gas...tank only had 1/8 in it. Jeremy did say to call and schedule a detail....we will see how that goes. Frustrated that after 3-plus hours (granted, 30 minutes of which we spent deciding on whether to purchase) they could not even clean the vehicle! Extremely frustrated with the whole situation. More

From the online appointment to the early (7:00 AM) opening it was great. The service tech that I worked with (Zach) was very knowledgeable and professional. I am SO glad you have an online service appointment feature! I have come in to get oil changes or service before, and although the prices were good (why I was coming), the service would take upwards o feature! I have come in to get oil changes or service before, and although the prices were good (why I was coming), the service would take upwards of TWO HOURS for a simple oil change. Once I think it was three hours...but we were never warned that it would take that long; they kept telling me it would be "just a few minutes" or "there's only one or two ahead of you." I had kids with me! So I got to know the new vehicles and kids room very well. I really enjoy the kids room, and my kids love the hot chocolate and popcorn offered. But I digress: I was finally sent a link to set up an appointment online, so I took a chance. I was in and out in 45 minutes! I now see that the service team gives precedence to customers with appointments, and I assure you I will always have one from now on. Thank you!! More
