Jeremy was great. He sat down with us. He broke down what we needed versus what we wanted and was able to find something that accommodated both. He knew the price range we were after and after conferring wit we needed versus what we wanted and was able to find something that accommodated both. He knew the price range we were after and after conferring with the finance department was able to put us into the vehicle we wanted. He was very kind and open. He didn't try to push anything. The most important thing that made it so enjoyable was he would listen to myself and my wife. He understood our concerns. He made the process of purchasing a new vehicle (first time my wife and I have ever purchased a new and not used vehicle) very simple and painless. He has also been very good at following up with us to make sure we have everything that we need. Kelly was also great to work with. He made the paperwork process go very fast. He made things clear and used words that were easy to understand instead of a bunch of legal mumbo-jumbo. He also noticed from our licenses that my wife and I are both veterans and was able to submit us for veteran license plates for our new vehicle.
