Great experience with Eli I ask the dealership to look for a RAM 1500 Bighorn in a specific year and color which others had told me it could never be found used. A great experience. Because during an oil change only when I went to Smith’s and my Jeep would not start. When I lifted the hood I discovered that they had disconnected b Because during an oil change only when I went to Smith’s and my Jeep would not start. When I lifted the hood I discovered that they had disconnected both of my battery terminals. I called my wife to come to Smith’s with my tool kit and I reconnected the terminals. Because of this incompetence I have gone to the Jeep dealership in Brigham City. I decided to try you once again and this time it was extremely positive. I do not why your service department disconnected my battery for only an oil change but the battery cables were just rattling on the battery posts. The screws connecting the clamps to the battery posts had almost fallen out on the road. I am a dentist and in my profession this kind of conduct would not have been tolerated. If you would like to wait for 9 hours to get your work done So i went there at 7:15 am i got in i was having problems with my 4 wd service light came on . They got me right in and it was good . Everyone was polite ect. So at 9:30 is the service writer came over and said your all done i paid 840 dollars went out to my truck the light was off i thought cool. But i pulled out and had a feeling i should check . I put my truck in park over by the used cars and turned my 4x4 dial to 4 high the light blinked and blinked . Then the service 4wd came right back on. I pulled back into the service center amd my service writer told me his best mechanic was on it and he said he tested it. And it work 3 times..... huh well i tried it once and it didn't work at all. So he took it back to his mechanic. 20 min latter told me it needed another part . Well i paid 840 bucks i was thinking well maybe they would give me a break. Well they offered me a ride to the mall or where ever. But i live on Tremonton i wasn't going to be able to get a ride there. So i chose to hang out . Latter the service writer told me the part had to come from there Murray store . And it wouldn't be there tell 3. So i sat and walked the parking lot for 8 hours . At three i waited and the service writer came back from his lunch at 330ish they gave me back my truck around 430ish and charged me another 340 dollars . He gave me 70 bucks off because i had been there 9 hours. I didn't want to spend any more money and go some where because i just paid 840 for my truck not to be fixed You know where i come from if they said it was fixed at 930 and it wasn't. Where i come from they would fix it for free because it was there bad. Not charge me another 340 . So almost 1160 latter and 9 hours . I don't think i would recommend this place . Maybe drive to morgan . Might be better . Sorry guys. More
