Worst experience ever Absolutely will I never ever ever ever tell anyone to go and buy a vehicle from these crooks. They absolutely screwed me over and I am pretty sure they knew they were doing it. I purchased a Dodge Journey from them and it was in the shop no less than five times in a 1 month period. Had it not been for my warranty I would have been out thousands of dollars and it was small things either. On I’ve visit I had to have a lower control arm replaced, another was the viscous bearing, another was a wheel bearing and then I also had the exhaust rubbing against some bracket as well causing a squeaking noise when I turned. On another visit I called before I came in and had asked about an oil change and if I needed an appointment or if I could walk in. They told me that I could just walk in and get an oil change. I went there to go have it done but they failed to tell me that their techs go home at five. The only reason I even go there is because of the maintenance plan I have with them from when I purchased my vehicle. Like I said I will never purchase another vehicle from these guys let alone from another Larry H Miller. Me miller would be turning in his grave if he knew how people were treating customers. More

There is no designated check out person or sign area. You have to wait in a made up wait lines to pick up your keys and pay. These are the same employee who you write up a work order.
