Fraud Alert ⚠️ Never had a good experience here but today tops it all. 1. Went in for oil change and recieved a text for items that require immediate attention with no explanation of why these items n today tops it all. 1. Call service rep Mckenzi who processes to drop the call twice 3. Get ahold of Mckenzi who can't answer simple questions like why my engine needs to be "steamed" tells me it's for the filter but get defensive when I ask if they even checked the filters 4. Tell her not to do anything else to my vehicle since they don't know what they are doing. Talk to manager. 5. Manager Gary tells my wife that they don't actually check the alignment that they just recommend it to every customer, and that they don't check the filters because it's too hard to do. 6. This place actually tells you you have problems with your vehicle that require immediate attention but also admits that they don't actually check the vehicle. 7.They get defensive when you bring this up because they know it's fraud and they are preying on people who don't know better. Seriously I have ton else to say about the shady practices here but I want people to actually read this review and save themselves the money Larry H Miller is trying to scam you out of. More
