I received superior Customer Service from McKenzie at Larry Miller on Riverdale. I took my car there 2 weeks ago because it was cutting off. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong after testing. McKenzie stayed in contact with me the second round for them trying to figure out what was going on with the car. That day the technician believe he found out what was wrong and the car and it was fixed and I picked it up the nexts day. Thank you, Larry Miller and McKenzie for great customer service. This dealership continues to let me down everytime I take in my jeep. Took it in for an oil change today, get home and park in my driveway and it's dripping oil from where they pulled the filter and didn't c in my jeep. I believe dealerships are WAY over priced, but I can take it back if it's not done right. While I greatly appreciate the veteran's discount, I do not believe it took 2 days to repair an item they already kne it back if it's not done right.
