The salesman, Ron Hoglund, found the exact car we wanted even though it was not on the lot. He went the extra mile and gave us a fair deal. We are very happy with his help and the car we purchased. Service receptionists very friendy. Service horrible! Price ridiculously high!!! Took my vehicle to have some electrical work done, several warning lights in dashboard were on. in my opinion this dealers Price ridiculously high!!! Took my vehicle to have some electrical work done, several warning lights in dashboard were on. in my opinion this dealership does NOT, repeat DOES NOT, have a qualified electrician. Dealership kept my vehicle 3 weeks, could not find electrical problem. Every week needed to intall new part, so they say. Bill was at $3000+ after 3rd week. I had to say stop because it seemed there was no end. After I said I wanted vehicle back, they finally fixed. 1 month later dash board warning lights came back on. Took back to dealer. Again they wanted to put more parts in, because they say problem was not related to previous work done. They were 60% sure a $500 part would fix problem. I said NO WAY, not going down that road again. Went and got my vehicle, they still managed to screw me out of a $50 diagnostic fee. I picked up my vehicle and the warning lights were off, so I guess there was no need for the $500 part. I took vehicle to another dealership. They found no problems, they say it is possible that the computer was reset or problem codes erased. I checked the locations of were LARRY H. MILLER PROVO said they replaced parts, didn't look like anything was replaced. Those xxxxx's just reset or erased my problem codes and I got the shaft on a $3000 bill. mother F ers!!!!! Wish I had the money to sue those crooked basterds!!!! If you have electrical issues avoid LARRY H. MILLER PROVO, unless you have the money to sponsor their on job training. Which is pretty much what I ended up doing. More
I had taken my car to a couple other places and they couldnt tell me what was wrong with it. I was helped within 5 minutes of being at your dealership. I did not have an appointment but arrived at the service bay @ 7:15 am. My car was checked in immediately. The gentleman arranging the car care, Tom, was very professional and friendly. When my husband and I came in to the dealership, we were greeted warmly by Janalee Johnson. She explained to us that she would be working on our financing and then she introduced us to Jim Ashmead, who woul greeted warmly by Janalee Johnson. He showed us several vehicles. We really liked the Hyundai Accent. Jim explained the features of the vehicle, then took us for a test drive. The vehicle fit our needs very well. Janalee did an excellent job of finding a lender for us with a car payment that fit our budget. We were so grateful! Our overall experience was very positive and we will definately return again when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. We were very impressed that the people who work for the Larry H. Miller corporation still continue to represent Mr. Miller in a very respectful and positive manner. It is wonderful to be able to work with people who are trustworthy and honest, and who care about the customer and their needs. On March 16, 2011, while driving on Fort Union Blvd in Midvale, my 2008 Duramax powered 3/4 ton Chevy pickup overheated and I shut it down. This truck has had cooling system problems on several occasions, Midvale, my 2008 Duramax powered 3/4 ton Chevy pickup overheated and I shut it down. This truck has had cooling system problems on several occasions, the most recent being in late November of 2010, when a pressure test, done at a dealership in Medford, OR, with higher than usual pressure, revealed a leak in the coolant reservoir. The coolant reservoir was replaced by the dealership in Medford, OR at my expense. The truck had been sent to Medford because the former Chevy dealership in Klamath Falls, OR, where I had purchased the vehicle, was no longer certified to do do warranty work and they believed that a leaking head gasket was the source of the coolant loss. Since getting the truck back in late December, the coolant leak has persisted and in the last two weeks it has gotten worse, requiring the frequent addition of coolant. The AAA tow truck driver took me to Larry Miller Chevrolet where I was greeted when I walked into the service department by a friendly man who told me to drive my truck inside. Once inside, Matt, a very courteous and efficient man, filled out the work order and advised me that since it was nearly noon, that we wouldn't know the nature of the problem until early afternoon. To our mutual surprise, by the time the work order was done, a tech had moved my truck to his work area and was busy troubleshooting the problem as noon approached. I went to lunch and Matt called me about 40 min later to tell me that the problem was a leaking head gasket and that the tech was working to fix it. I talked to the tech on my return and he told me that he would have the truck running late the following afternoon, which he did. I picked up my truck Thursday evening and it ran the best it has run in a long time. I have driven it over 200 mile since the repair and I couldn't be happier with the courtesy, the efficiency and with the quality of the work from the service department at Larry Miller Chevrolet. Unlike other dealerships, Larry h miller was more than happy to take my trade and excited to take on the challenging job of finding a truck that I liked. After my initial phone call with Steve, he called me back several times with different options and different ways to save me money. I didn't have to work at all, just answer questions! It was awesome! Three days after starting my conversation with Steve, I went out to the dealership and to my surprise, the paperwork was done, the truck was ready to go, and the financing was done! I was out of there in roughly three hours. Possibly the best dealership experience I have ever had. Thank-you Steve and Larry h miller for making me a return customer for life! More
