Was pretty happy on the 2nd go around of trying to buy vehicle with the vehicle choice itself. Im sure i could have got a little better deal . Hard water spots that could have been buffed out were not , and the carpets could have been cleaned better. I realize the sale was rushed because I wanted the vehicle quick but was willing to wait if I needed to to make sure it was done right. Also the vehicle was not filled full with gas upon delivery. I Left the dealership with between 3/4 and 1/2 tank. I think a full tank of gas would have been the least I could have gotten. But Jason was good he kept following up and made good effort so he deserved the sale it was alot of calling back and forth. More
Our sales people were great, they did everything we expected and more. They had our fiancing done when we go there and all we had to do is find a car which is what we wanted. The services guys were very quick and helpful. I didn't have to wait very long after arriving to be helped. When I explained the problem they were quick to respond and get everything in the system to get m have to wait very long after arriving to be helped. I was very surprised by the fact that only about 2 hours later I received a call that my vehicle was complete and ready to be picked up. The quality of the service and the quickness was the best I've seen. I wa impressed by the additional services provided that I was not expecting. The checked all my wiring and connectors and even replaced oe that seemed to be not working. This was a great experience with a service department. More
Jason Willey was friendly and knowledgable. He was able to work with us on a price that was fair. The MISC charges were not explained until we asked for a breakdown of the charges. We did some "window shopping" on the Internet and decided that Larry H Miller Chevrolet in Murray would be a good place to start. We started and ended with Larry H Miller Chevrolet. There was an excellent selection to choose from, and we were able to find the vehicle that met our needs in what we wanted in an automobile. Jesse Gil was very willing to work with our list of criteria. After finding us the car that met our needs, he went over everything that we needed to know about our new vehicle and thoroughly answered all our questions. More
I was disappointed to find rock chips on the front wind shield. Also the driver door lock didnt work and there is a whistling wind noise from the passenger side of the convertible. Furthermore, when I took the car in to get the rock chips fixed, they only fixed one of the two and the windshield was not cleaned at all. They also said the wind noise was normal and no parts for the door lock. The whole service experience was a waste of time. My first experience with them was terrible. More

The quality of work was very thorough and precise. Jason showed me all of the features of the vehicle I was interested in, provided me with service records, and assured me that the people in the finance department would do everything they could to help me get the best deal. The friendliness at the dealership really stood out. Even while I was waiting for my paperwork, anyone that walked by made sure to acknowledge me or ask me if I needed anything. I felt very comfortable there; not just a target for someone to sell a car to. For this being my first solo car purchase, my overall experience was scary at first, but the team I worked with at LHM Chevrolet eased any nervousness or worry that I had right away. They provided me with straight answers to any questions, and worked with me as best they could. The price of my vehicle was comparable to other vehicles of its kind. I feel that for the mileage and condition of the car I received a VERY fair deal. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend Larry H Miller Chevrolet to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle. They work with all types of credit. The price will be fair, the customer service will be genuine, and the finance team will do all they can to get you the best interest rate and deal. More
I was very pleasef when I walked into the dealership with the friendliness that came with the 2 employees that I worked with. I did not feel pressured and was happy with the way they approached me. I was greeted when I first arrived and the employee was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. The service was done in a timely manner and my car was washed and ready for me.
