We just filed for bankruptcy and were lost and really scared. After speaking with Jason about it, he made us feel comfortable and was very non judgemental about what we were going through. This allowed us to relax and make our purchase hassle free and put ourselves back on the right track with a brand new vehicle we could count on. It seemed that even when our attorney wasnt giving us the straight answer Jason having dealt with this before was actually more knowledgeable about how to purchase a car after bankruptcy. The only thing that would make it better would be to have a list of other vendors such as loan companies that can work in partnership to help re-establish credit. Other than that it was fantastic. Ron Franklin was great to work with. I will come back to Miller as long as he is still there. His used car buyer is not very honest. I understand you need to make a profit on these trade-ins, but to go from telling me that my car is virtually unsellable (because it has 169,000 miles) to selling it before I am even off the lot with my new truck is good for your bottom line, but bad business anyway. Add to that that you had me come down to three thousand for the trade in and turned it for 8,500 in less than an hour and I don't really know how the guy sleeps at night. More

We called in and explained the problem we were having with the car to Tom, he told us to come right in and he would help us. We get there and he recognized us from our previous visit and immediastely sta with the car to Tom, he told us to come right in and he would help us. He told us it would be two hours, but we ended up getting out of there in less than 2 hours. My daughter loved playing in the plasy area that you guys have set up. Durring our wait time we walked around looking at cars and we had alot of sales guys asking if we had been helped. None of them were pushy, jusy friendly. More

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I ask the service rep to plase check the right rear tire for a leak since it was showing air pressure of 23 lbs. When the car was finished, they told me everything was good and all tires were set at 32 lbs. Now the bad part, a few days later my wife had a flat tire on the same tire in question. I am concerned that the tire was not checked very well which casued her to have a flat. Thanks to a good person to stopped to help and changed the tire for her, no harm was done.
