Russell Baldwinwas my dealer and he was very friendly and was able to get me in a brand new 2016 cruze. The service department is always very helpful as well, I have a hard time remembering all their names but all of them are fantastic. The last time I went in to get an oil change they also noticed a recall on it and was able to get it taken care of it while I was there and they told me it would be about 3 hours. With the oil change, the recall part and they washed it all in an hour and a half. Amazing. They really do know how to take care of customers. More

The salesman treated me so well, that's why I went back to Larry H Miller first to look for a new car, however that particular salesman didn't work at this particular dealership I went to. On Christmas Eve, I bought a brand new car here and got a deal better than the dealership salesman could have purchased it himself. I love my new car. It was exactly what I wanted. This specific car model was on a very new factory recall because of a risk for leaking water into in the trunk during a pressurized car wash but the repair shop went the extra mile, did the recall repair within the hour of purchase so I could drive it home that day. Gary was the salesman and the financing guy worked quickly too. More
