The guy who runs the place is awesome. Salesmen are really friendly, helpful, and patient. In particular there’s salesman, jay, who is awesome. Sold me my first car and always goes out of his way to say hello when I’m stopping by the service center. Awesome used car prices, the best from any dealership and they’re super trustworthy. The people in the service center need to work on their customer service, specifically friendliness and communication upon arrival. Half of the time I come here, the men in the service center make me feel stupid… specifically the ones behind the counter. This is my experience at the desk every time: waits for someone, they come over and ask questions, I respond, they give me a cold stone stare, type in the computer, say okay and walk away. Always standing there wondering if they’re coming back or if I should just leave. Swear every time I visit, I have to ask if they still need me because of their lack of communication the whole time I’m there. I get it, this is routine for you, but it’s not for me, so maybe just communicate what your doing while I’m standing there. They’re good at what they do, pricy but it’s a dealership and you know that nobody is using tinfoil under you car. Once they know the problem they are good at explaining what’s going on with your car. I did just pay close to 1k for service there, car friend in Florida sent me a link to the parts and if I had just found someone else who understand how to fix breaks and bought the parts myself, it would’ve been $200-$300. Bummer. I’ve had too many experiences with unreliable service centers, so I continue to come here. I’ll still always suggest Langway if someone is looking to buy a car. Been going here for years, and despite the sour puss attitude in the back, they really are awesome here. More
