Drove over and Hour for this Dealership I drove over an hour to purchase my car here. While I have many Toyota dealerships in my area they have very poor customer service. Langway Toyota was amazing and the long trip was well worth it. Their customer service is incredible. I purchased a used Prius and they sat in the car for over an hour with me, explaining all of the features, how to get the best gas mileage, and even set up my phone. It was also so easy to speak about financing and they even helped me with insurance. I will never buy a car anywhere else!! More

I received a call from Peter about having a bad battery and to inquire if I wanted to buy a new one. I did. I received a call at approximately 11am that the car was ready to be picked up. Again, I was in and out in a matter of minutes. The employees that I dealt with, Peter Silva and Scott Proeun, were very pleasant and courteous and the car wash and interior cleaning was a very nice touch to the whole experience. Kevin Ward, General Manager, was very fair during price negotiations relative to my USAA buyer status and the vehicles I traded in. I was very pleased with the entire buying process and was treated fairly throughout. At delivery, minor vehicle discrepancies were dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. I intend to have all maintenance performed at Langway Toyota of Newport and would buy my next new car from them without any hesitations. Overall a good experience and excellent team effort. More
