Taking delivey So many issues this they place. I purchased a 2017 Ford cab amd chassis and this was an out of state purchase which isn't my first out of state purch So many issues this they place. I purchased a 2017 Ford cab amd chassis and this was an out of state purchase which isn't my first out of state purchase. The truck was shipped to Texas and upon delivery the inside was a mess. The plastic that covers the seat had been removed and left in the floor, all the tags and sticker were still on the truck and the tank was empty. Once we unloaded the truck I noticed the tsil lights did not work. The reverse and brake lights did but no turn signals. I called Jeremy abkut this and he said it wasn't their problem. Nate was my salesman which I haven't heard from since my 1st call about these issues. The next problem was I had 2 different keys. They said they would get me a new key but had no idea when. There were no buyer tags on the truck either. Vant drive it with lout those. I lost count as to the numbet of calls I've made since the truck was delivered. It seems that "we're really busy" is a legitimate excuse for the lack of customer service. If i would have come there and driven the truck home they would have had to make the truck legal and Jeremy admitted to that fact but since it was shipped it seems the attitude is...good luck! I'm still waiting on my tags and I have not received a copy of my loan documents. I'm 52 and have a business to business company NEVER would i treat a customer like this. I have a fleet of truck and have been in my industry since 1985. I wish these guys worked for me so I could fire their butts. Won't do the right thing!!! Great Service in sales! This was a great place to buy a vehicle! The sales manager (Tim) was amazing to work with. I bought my truck in November '17, Great Service in sales! This was a great place to buy a vehicle! The sales manager (Tim) was amazing to work with. I bought my truck in November '17, I had a few issues in first couple of weeks. Tim made sure to get it all taken care of very quickly, service department was easy to deal with and they always provided a rental if I needed one. I highly recommend Landmark for all vehicle needs. Well, disregard my highly recommend Landmark previously stated! I moved to AZ and drove my truck back to Springfield. I took my truck in because the AC/heat blower was not working. I went in to Landmark Ford where I purchased the truck on a Saturday. They had no tech there to look at it, so they said their store Landmark East had one on Saturdays. I called the Truck Center which is their East location and the guy said they didn't have any openings for over a week. I explained what it was doing and he said if I wanted to bring it over he could check the fuses. I said great, I will be right over. I got there the guy checked the fuses and said they were fine. He said he could hook it up to the computer since he had one there. He did and said it needs to be looked at because he couldn't see anything wrong. I decided I would just drive it home and get it repaired there. He then looks up at me and says "that's weird" I said "what" he said "it won't start" I am like what do you mean. He then presses the brake in and attempts to start it and it starts, but I notice there are three service lights on that were not on before. He says, you need to get it looked at, he wasn't sure what was going on. So I get in and back it out of service bay and the back up camera now doesn't work, the lights for the D R N doesn't work, and when I go to pull off it has very little power, it just revs very high. I then get time the street and realize it is not shifting, it is just stuck in one gear. I get it to other Landmark store and leave it for them to look at Monday. We have to rent a vehicle $200 to drive back to AZ $150 for gas in rental and flights back $150 to pickup my truck when they finish it. Monday they call me and tell me they are up to $250 in diagnostic fees and still haven't found the problem. I said well keep looking, I need it fixed. Finally, they call me and say it was missing a fuse! When they replaced the fuse everything works again except the blower that does need replaced. Now mind you the only people that were in that fuse box were the fuse disappeared were Landmark employees. They said it was all fixed and I owed $650. I said that is an expensive blower. They said $255 of that was to diagnose the fuse problem. I said I should not have to pay that, since a Landmark employee screwed that up. They said, they still had to diagnose it. I talked to many people about this over the next 8 days, made it up to the owner and he decide to put a note in giving me $100 credit. THIS IS UNBELEIVABLE TO ME!!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMOANY AGAIN. Because of the wonderful sales experience, my wife and I were coming in town in November to buy her expedition from them. We have canceled those plans. My Step Dad was going to buy an Explorer from them before the end of the year, that is not happening now. BE AWARE!!! They will not do what's right!!! More

We actually visited the dealership prepared to make an offer on a car elsewhere, but we felt we should at least check out other options. We are certainly glad that we did! More
