I started my search on the internet by using cargurus.com, excellent site. I was able to compare apples to apples and have three dealers fight for my business. I drove up to test drive the Jeep I wanted to buy but the drivers seat was different than the others that I had test driven at another dealership. The general manager took the time to research if I could change the standard seat to a more upgraded seat at a later time. He found out that I could change it out and replace it bolt to bolt. I can honestly say I have never had that many people trying to make sure I was buying what I wanted and not just trying to sell me a car. They were all incredible. Then since I had driven a rental car to come look at the Jeep one of the salesmen took me to the Budget rental location where I was promptly told I couldn't turn in my vehicle there. I was ready to come back at a later date and pick up the Jeep with my husband when the general manager offered to have the Jeep delivered to my work for me at no charge. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but I live 2 and 1/2 hours away from the dealership! They delivered it the very next day to my work with a full tank of gas! I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price and was able to work with caring professionals. Who could ask for more! More

I cannot say enough about my visit to Landmark FIAT. They were courtious and freindly from the time I got there until I left. He showed us a few that might work and after a few minutes we found one that we test drove. While doing the test drive, they appraised the trade in and worked up some numbers. Upon returning to the dealership the salesman explained why how they came up with the amount for the trade and some numbers with payments. The whole experience was great, from the online application/credit approval to dealing with the sales manager, salesman and finance person. The salesman even took time to help set up the bluetooth and contacts and explained functions of my new FIAT 500 Lounge. I have already recommend that my sister contact them for a new car. More

I'm still in shock from my experience with Landmark Fiat. I had been working with another Fiat dealership in the area and was given the "run around" on the new vehicle price and also my trade. Just for kic I had been working with another Fiat dealership in the area and was given the "run around" on the new vehicle price and also my trade. Just for kicks, I emailed Landmark and gave them the information on my trade to see if they could do any better. I got an immediate response from Alan Souza. He asked for a little more information and within a few minutes I had a trade offer that was almost $3,000 more than the other dealership. I drove up to the dealership the next day and Thomas Finnick met me for a test drive. I felt as though I was a valued custormer from the beginning. I went into Alan's office and he gave me the bottom line price on the new Fiat, which was quite a bit less than the other dealership as well. There was no pressure and I felt as though he was shooting straight with me from the beginning (something I have seldom ever felt when purchasing a car). After we made the deal, I worked with Derek on the financing. Again, a very relaxed and no pressure experience. If only all car buying experiences could be like this. I would definitely recommend Landmark Fiat to anyone I know who is thinking of purchasing a Fiat or a pre-owned vehicle. It was a totally effortless experience. More
