From greeting to close, Susan was very friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a car salesperson. The entire process was hassle-free and Susan did her best to meet my needs and requests as well as getting for me the best deal that her management team would allow. I would strongly recommend Landmark Fiat to anyone in the market for a car, new or used. More
We met Susan late in the day and were interested in a Fiat 500. She took her time explaining all the options, the differences between the various models and helped us find the one we liked. Thomas did a great job working with my wife and I on the car we ultimately purchased, a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport. After getting their best offer I found slightly lower pricing on the same vehicle on their websit car we ultimately purchased, a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport. After getting their best offer I found slightly lower pricing on the same vehicle on their website. I called back the next day and inquired about the lower price I had seen and was told they would indeed honor it, so we went in and purchased the car. Patrick, Derek and Thomas were all very accommodating and we truly appreciate the integrity under which this team works. We are also looking forward to many years of good service from the little yellow Fiat. More
(Third time I have had to write this review as it keeps being removed. I am getting a bit suspicious of the integrity of this site.) The people we worked with were great and the price was good. The only being removed. I am getting a bit suspicious of the integrity of this site.) The people we worked with were great and the price was good. The only issue we had was the "Doc" fee, which is just a sneaky way for dealers to add in extra dealer mark-up. Be aware that this fee ($479) may or may not be included in the price. It was added to our quote, which was very dissapointing for us. We have been told that the "Doc" fee is an industry standard, which is really too bad. Things like "Doc" fees are why car dealers have such a bad rap. Some states have passed laws to limit this fee, typically limited to %50 - $150. Of course Georgia is not one of them. The sky is the limit here. I recommend this dealer *IF* you go in with the "Doc" fee in mind. Just keep repeating to the salesman: "Is the "Doc" fee included in the price?" over and over and you'll be okay. We absolutely love the car. Finally, we can once again buy Italian design in a cheap car!!! More
We saw a used Volvo on line at Landmark and had family living in that Atlanta area go there to look at the car. Susan Cokley was extremely helpful in receiving our family and taking them for a test drive living in that Atlanta area go there to look at the car. Susan Cokley was extremely helpful in receiving our family and taking them for a test drive which resulted in us buying the car. We live in Maine and dealing with Susan and Alan over the phone was great and our transaction of wiring money and signing paperwork went very smoothly. We could not be more pleased with our new-to-us car and the helpful people at Landmark. More
I would have rated pricing higher. But, I was told that I was approved for 100% pricing. Then when I got to the dealership, I was told that a $500 down payment was required. I still purchased the car. B I was approved for 100% pricing. Then when I got to the dealership, I was told that a $500 down payment was required. I still purchased the car. But, the original deal of 100% financing should have been honored since that is what I was told. I felt like there was a little bait and switch going on. As a customer, had I known up front that there would be a down payment required, I could have taken advantage of 100% financing that BMW was offering me at another dealership. Overall, I am pleased with the car and my experience. But, the bait and switch routine spoiled the experience a little. More
Back in January of this year I saw where Fiat had come back to the United States. A flood of memories swept over me because my father had taught me how to drive his Fiat back when I was twelve on a dirt r back to the United States. A flood of memories swept over me because my father had taught me how to drive his Fiat back when I was twelve on a dirt road in South Fulton County. His car was a 1958 Fiat Bianchina. In "72 my Dad replaced that Fiat with a 124 Station wagon, and a few years later that was replaced with a 128 sedan. My two older brothers also owned Fiats. A 124 Sport Coupe, and a 850 Sport Coupe. Being a rebel I suppose in my youth, my first car was a Mustang, but I often wished I had driven the car I learned to drive on. Then this March rolls around and I make the drive from Temple, GA. to Landmark Fiat, with my son in law. This is where I first met Susan Cokely. She is very much a people person, and knows the cars on the lot very well. Susan was very informative and polite, even after I told her I wasn't able to buy, just yet, because I had an up coming shoulder surgery. She even took Matt and I out on a test drive of a 500 Sport that day that was yellow. As I drove the car off the lot, emotions almost overwhelmed me. Tears filled my eyes as we all went down the road. I felt the presence of my Father, who died in 1995, in the car with us. I could almost hear his voice say, " Son don't get this yellow one. Buy a red one." With that we went back to the dealership, and talked a little longer. I promised Susan that after I healed from my surgery enough I would come back and get my Fiat 500, and I held true to my word on Saturday July 7. When I came back to Landmark, I went to Susan, took another test drive, this time in an automatic. Both automatic and manual transmissions drove fantastic however I chose the manual. Derrick Langley and Alan Souza, helped to get me financed, and enjoyed the entire process of working the numbers. My purchase was a Red 500 Sport. It is everything I could have wanted. The Bose sound system is awesome, and I can feel my Dad riding along with me. If you put the Sirius on 40's music my Dad's presence is very strong. The reason for writing this review the way I have is because I didn't just buy a car. I made friends. It was absolutely the best experience to buy a car. One last thing. I wasn't able to drive my purchase home on Saturday due to due to my wife's vertigo. This is where Landmark went beyond the call of duty, delivering the car to my job in Marietta. Thank you, Derrick for doing that, and thank you, Susan, for your patience. It took five months for you to sell me the car, but you never once made me feel pressured. Thank you, Jonathan Till Temple, GA More
From the moment I contacted Alan to the moment I drove off the lot in my 2011 Scion tC I felt well taken care of. I live in Missouri and stopped by on the way back home from vacation in Alabama/Florida t off the lot in my 2011 Scion tC I felt well taken care of. I live in Missouri and stopped by on the way back home from vacation in Alabama/Florida to check out the vehicle I saw advertised on cars.com. I took the time to read the reviews on Dealer Rater which further influenced me to make the trip out of my way to check out the vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted by Thomas who took me right to Alan who I spoke with before in the chat. Thomas promptly grabbed the keys and took me out to the tC. We took it for a test drive around the area (which I had no idea how to get around). When we got back and discussed financing he took the time to also take me on a test drive of a brand new Fiat. After weighing my options and getting insight from the finance department I decided to provide my own financing. The only tedious part of the whole process was having to drive 10 hours home to close on the loans for the vehicle and drive 20 hours roundtrip again to pick up the vehicle. I love traveling so that's not a big deal. I am thankful for the staff at Landmark Fiat who treated me like a best friend from the time I opened a chat with Alan to the time I drove off the lot in my tC. It was a very enjoyable purchasing process and with a very friendly and helpful staff like Landmark Fiat you can't go wrong. This is the first lot who took me seriously being an out of state customer and took the time to make sure a deal was worked out that was both fair to them and myself. If you're in the market for a new Fiat or a used vehicle I highly suggest shopping this lot. More
