I had no intention of purchasing the day I visited the dealership. I was only interested in looking and possibly test driving a vehicle I had been interested in for some time. From the moment I drove on the lot, I was greeted and made to feel welcome. My sales person listened to everything I asked for and within 30 minutes had located "the" vehicle. The way she handled the pricing was unprecedented (based on my prior experiences purchasing vehicles). Once the price was agreed, I was introduced to the Finance Manager who made me feel very comfortable. I decided I wanted to check out rates at my local credit union only to call Derrick the next morning to ask if he would run the numbers for me. Within 30 minutes, he called me back and I was at the dealership within 10 minutes signing paperwork. I was greeted again by my sales person and was driving away in my 2013 Fiat 500 within 2 hours. Couldn't be happier with the service at Landmark Fiat of Atlanta and would recommend them to all my friends and colleagues. More
Took my Fiat Lounge in for a standard oil change. I was greeted by several staff and made to feel welcome. My car was taken right back and serviced in a timely manner. Took my Fiat 500 Lounge in for oil change and have them look at a latch that was sticking. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. This was the best buying experience I have had. I had been working with Fiat of Wilmington, NC and has just been ignored. On a visit to Atlanta from North Carolina I saw Landmark Fiat and pulled in just been working with Fiat of Wilmington, NC and has just been ignored. On a visit to Atlanta from North Carolina I saw Landmark Fiat and pulled in just to get the question answwered that I couldn't get answered in North Carolina. I told the sales rep that I really didn't want to buy a car and have to drive it back to NC and he said no problem and was great at answering my questions, took all the time I needed and even let me test drive the Fiat 500 Sport. I was so comfortable with Phillip I really began to think about buying there and he told me he could arrange shipping to NC for a really reasonable rate. I agreed and the financial details were worked out quickly, honestly, and professionally. He even called the nest day with a financing arrangement that saved me more money; he didn't have to do that I was satisfied with the original deal. The attitude of all the staff was exceptional and the cleanliness of the facility, the staff, and the selection of cars convinced me to do businness in Atlanta. My car hasn't arrived yet, I expect it in 2 days and I am excited as a little boy (I'm 68). What a great car buying experience. More
Brought my 2012 Fiat 500 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Both Wayne and Lance were very helpful and took my car into the service bay immediately. Don't let her youthful appearance fool you as she knows here stuff. I found her honest and knowledgeable and tuly pleasant. First, this dealership is first rate. The incrediable Italian design of the showroom offered high end furniture, a cool expresso bar, and was clean & comfortable. They have spent a great deal on this "Design Studio" and is shows. I am a single dad that was in need of special financing and was turned down buy other dealerships including another Fiat Dealership. I told Roxie upfront of my situation and she introduced me to Shawn the finance manager. Shaw helped me pick out a car that would work and was able to get the financing done within an hour. Roxie and Shawn helped me pick out a beautiful new 2012 Fiat 500 Sport with a great price and a large rebate. This transaction was signed and completed withing a 2 hours; out the door. The entire staff is professional, clean cut, and kind of on the attractive young side :). This is not the usually swarmy car dealership experience. I can't say enough good things and highly recommend Roxie, Shawn and Landmark Fiat. More

I've got to say this has been one of the BEST dealerships I've ever had to deal with! I let them know exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to be and they made it happen! We had just been to another Fiat I've ever had to deal with! I let them know exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to be and they made it happen! We had just been to another Fiat Dealer that were so sneaky and horrible customer service that we were very impressed with the upfrontness that these people showed. They had no problem answering any and all questions we had, showing exactly how everything was broken down and walked us through the whole process. They are VERY knowledgeable and shockingly enough FAST. I was in and out of that dealership in an hour! After spending 6+ hours at the other Fiat place the night before it was refreshing! Everyone there was nice, friendly and knew what they were doing. They have a great selection, a pristine dealership and the even better part is that no matter what my question is AFTER I've purchased they still respond, are very helpful and super supportive! I have found the place where I will buy all my cars!!! (My family too!) THANK YOU LANDMARK FIAT OF ATLANTA!!!! More
