I was greated warmly by the service associate. I was checked in on periodically by Lance and one of the sales team. The service was quick and wating room was one of the nicer ones i've seen. This was surely the best experience of an auto purchase I have ever had. I so appreciated the respect of this staff. Each person that I spoke to was very acknolagble of the car, warranty, finances as well as have ever had. I so appreciated the respect of this staff. They listened, when I had a question there was no back in forth with sales (Nate) and the manager (George) behind closed doors. I never felt like the third party ( no behind the scenes negotiations). They each took the time to talk to me personally and did so in a timely matter. I have purchased many high end cars ( jaguar, BMW, Range Rover, Mercedes) in the recent past and it has been the same experience every time. It's a day long experience and exhausting. This staff did their job and did it well. Nate went over the car with me from top to bottom. George and Bruce discussed with me every detail on my credit, my finance options, and comparables. Bruce actually got me a better rate than my credit union could. Jeff (finance) went over all of the documents and confirmed that I knew exactly what I was signing. I bought an extended warranty for the first time ever. Fiat has some really good options on their warranty packages. You have the choice of choosing a warranty that it is based on you and your driving habits. When I looked at the price versus how I intend to use my Fiat, it was a win win for me. I bought the 100,000 mile/6 year package and the price and coverage will be very beneficial for me. To the owner of Landmark Fiat Atlanta, you've got a great crew here. I will certainly recommend your dealership and the staff that I worked with on my purchase. With the great experience that I had with my purchase, I will only use your dealership service center for all maintenance and repair. More

I hadn't yet taken the time to see where everything was located under the hood. He politely showed me where the oil filter was located and told me the size of the wrench needed to change it. I think he said I needed a 116 extended handle wrench. He went on to describe what this type servicing involved. He explained why driving habits determine the mileage of oil changes. He explained that keeping everything in good order is always best to the longevity and overall performance of the car. Wayne went on to say that models like mine have only had minor issues like handles, arm rests, but no major engine or performance issues. He could have refused to honor my request by explaining some company policy regarding insurance issues that would have prevented me from allowing him to give me a tour of my engine in that area of the shop, as has hapened before at a different dealership, but he didn't, and I appreciated it. I hope this type superior service is what I experience every time I visit that location. If not I will be forced to go to the Morrow dealership where I bought my car. I took my Fiat in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they noticed that my car was a little dirty. They washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior with no extra charge!
