I wrote a review for this dealership back in May 2012 when I bought a new Fiat 500 Sport. I also wanted to leave a comment about their service center. I am always greeted kindly and my car is taken in ev when I bought a new Fiat 500 Sport. I also wanted to leave a comment about their service center. I purchased a used Fiat from this dealership in November. Thomas and Serge were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The people at Landmark were great. I was looking for a new FIAT 500C Abarth and found one I was interested in on the dealership's website. I sent a message to the dealership asking for an "e" price, and I promptly received a quote that I fe was interested in on the dealership's website. Brady Koerner (Brady), sent a follow up email asking if I was interested and I initially replied that I was considering my options. After a week, Brady followed up with me again, not pressuring me, but just checking in. I finally made the decision to purchase the car, and I made a trip to the dealership to test drive the car and to have a "face-to-face" talk with Brady. I drove the car and loved it!! I felt like I had a good connection with Brady and I thoroughly enjoyed his enthusiasim, knowledge for the FIAT brand, and his professionalism. Once the test drive was complete and we stared working on the particulars for the purchase of the car, Brady was very courteous while discussing my trade-in, what I was willing to pay for the car and and finalizing the deal. The entire process was very relaxed and not the least bit stressful for either of us. Signing all the paper work and completing the transaction took very little time and the staff was able to explain all of steps and answer all of my questions while I was signing the documents. I would recommend Landmark FIAT, especially my sales representitive Brady Koerner, to anyone interested in buying a new car and a FIAT in particular! Thank you for a great experience!! More

Brady was extremely helpful and explained available options and assisted us in our comparisons with zero pressure or agenda. Once I finally selected my vehicle our trade-in was promptly evaluated, we quickly agreed on a trade-in value with no fuss and made our deal in what I consider to be record time. I was truly impressed with Brady, the GM and the complete experience at Landmark Fiat of Atlanta. Over decades of car purchases I have been forced to lower my expectations of most dealerships and even dread the car buying process... Landmark refreshingly raised the bar during this most recent purchase and restored my faith in car dealership customer service. So its true, customer service does still exist! My wife and I had a great experience at Landmark Fiat and most importantly, I love my new Fiat 500 Sport! Congrats to Landmark Fiat of Atlanta for creating and maintaining such a fine operation. More

I think this was the easiest car purchase I've made. Thomas listened to my parameters and came up with several options to consider.
