When I walked into the dealership to talk to a salesman I was not really happy with the company I was having some problems with my Jeep Compass I had purchased from them. The service department was not treat was not really happy with the company I was having some problems with my Jeep Compass I had purchased from them. The service department was not treating me the way they should have, even with me paying the extra money for the extended warranty and all. I went over to talk to a salesman (Chadd) and explained to him my problems and he took it upon himself to make things right. We began looking at new cars and he listened to what I wanted and what kind of features I was looking for. After everything was said and done he found me my new Chrysler 200 that I am very happy with. He was a great salesman and really made me feel like he cared about what was happening and what I wanted. After leaving the dealership I was such a more happy camper and would recommend this deal ship and the salesman to any of my friends and family. Best salesman I have ever dealt with! More

The jeep is doing great however the murano has been sitting at your dealership since 6/1/2013 with a knock possibly coming from the transfer case, and the seatbelt latch is gone.. It was still in the shop, being checked out, because it had just been traded in.
