We had a great experience getting into the vehicle we wanted the day of the sale. Had a not so good experience getting the car legal when the title showed up the day before the 30 day tag expired. Didn't wanted the day of the sale. Had a not so good experience getting the car legal when the title showed up the day before the 30 day tag expired. Didn't leave us any room to get tags in our schedule. Also the inspection had expired two days before we got the title. Did not find that out till we got to the DMV. Got the run around from business man about the title being late due to new employee change in titles. Not my problem & he shouldn't be making excuses. I hope to maintain a good relationship with dealership for further business in the future. Overall salesman did awesome to get us in our vehicle. More
It took 3 weeks for the repairs to be completed. I was treated with disrespect and down right rude. The service performed is still not right but I give up and will have to go somewhere else. At one point an employee on the phone asked if we could just dynamite my vehicle. Sorry, I don't know who said this. I was told several time that my jeep was ready only to get there and be informed it was not ready after all. I have a cell phone. If you know I'm on the way to pick it up my vehicle, you could give me a call back. I'm sure no one cares that I hope to never have to come back, but after being a loyal customer for 20+ years it's a real sad way to end. I will never even consider buying a car from either of your Landmark locations. More
This was my first ever new car purchase. I checked internet prices on local dealerships, and I was able to find what I wanted in my price range at Landmark Dodge. I sent an online inquiry and got a very quick response from my salesman, Jody E. Hendrick. He was very thorough at going over the features of the car, even engine features that I didn't know about. We test drove the vehicle I had initially considered, and he continued to explain features and answer any questions I had. The first model we drove did not have cruise control, which is a feature I want. He took me back to the lot, and we discussed other models, such as the Avenger, and he also found some other models of the car I was wanting, a Dart, with the features I wanted, and we test drove it as well. Throughout the process, Jody was very professional, very personable, and responsive to all questions I had about the car itself, and the buying process. I never felt pressured, and I never felt like I was not getting full information I needed to make my decision. Being a single woman, I especially appreciated this. The dealership was clean, well-staffed, and everyone I came into contact with was friendly and professional. I know I will be driving my new Dart for a long time - but I will refer friends and family to this dealership without hesitation, and I will have all of my routine maintenance done here. More
We went to look at vehicles with no intention to commit to a purchase. The sales staff, especially Chad the manager made our visit very pleasant, he knew when to step in and help out his staff. The staff were not pushy on selling us things we did not need, when we said no they respected our wishes, they worked well with us to find what we wanted at a price we could manage. I've bought a lot of Jeeps (this was number 7), and I have to say that this was BY FAR the best experience I've ever had! Even my wife (who hates going to dealerships) was almost speechless at how well have to say that this was BY FAR the best experience I've ever had! Even my wife (who hates going to dealerships) was almost speechless at how well we were taken care of - to the point she was almost in tears at how nice everyone was! They were responsive to our questions and very respectful. We went to the dealership to sign the paperwork expecting our payment to be a certain amount. It turned out to be cheaper! No other dealership in town would touch the deal these guys offered us. Amazing! Our salesman, Toby, knew the Jeep product; The manager, Chris, ensured we were well taken care of from start to finish, and the owner, Doug, came out to speak with us before we left in our new Jeep. We knew he genuinely cared that we were happy with our purchase experience. Lifetime customers here...Thanks again!!! More
I went to purchase a 2010 jeep I had seen online in March of 2013. I was trading in a 1997 Dodge ram 1500 that was in very good condition. The salesman who said he needed $100 dollars of earnest money to start the deal said he did not think they would do it. I said I guess i will forget about it. He went back to the secret guy and came back and said they would do it . I said I would like the $800 in cash to help pay the taxes. He went back to the guy again and when he came out he said ok we have a deal.I went to the finance guy and finished everything up and got my jeep with my empty tank of gas and went home. As I was looking at the finance papers I noticed they had financed the $800 dollars on to the price of the Jeep.So I only got the original $1000 on my trade and got to pay intrest on the tax money I thought was part of the deal. I went back the next day and asked the salesman about it and he said he did not realize they had done that. I then went to the finance man and he said "Well you got a good deal anyway" Never before in my life have I felt so humiliated .They are truly disgusting people. More

I have been using this dealer place to do all the repairs on my jeep since we got the in 2010. The people who works in the service area are the worse I ever had to deal before, they don't just treated me fee on my jeep since we got the in 2010. The people who works in the service area are the worse I ever had to deal before, they don't just treated me feel like I was stupid, they didn't do anything to help me and treated me like they were doing me a favor fixing my jeep. I have a sensor that it shows a light in my panel and this ligth has been on for almost a year!!! they told me they will need to order the part and as soon as they will get it they will give me a call. Guess what?? I am still waiting for that phone call. Every time I have taken my jeep for oil change, I remind them about it and they always said "oh! we haven't ordered it yet, we will do it today and give you a call". Yep! you are right, I am still waiting! Then I got a safety recall notice for some transmission skid plate to be replace it. When I came to the service department and told them about it they told me to call and make an appointment, then called to do so and they told me that I don't need an appointment (??) got my jeep in the service area and the guy, who was very rude, told me we didn't have any safety recall on transmission issues (I still have my document in home to probe it) so they did nothing on my jeep and a few weeks later... my transmission got broken in the freeway. I called to get it fix, thanks God finally they were a little decent and told me that transmission will be covered with my warranty but the towing service that I paid to take my jeep there was covered for me, even when I have the powertrain limited warranty that should cover it since we vehicle was unable to move because a powertrain covered part had failed (transmission). Overall, pretty bad customer service. Right now my jeep is completely broken again, this time we think the heads of the engine and I am pretty concerned about where to take it. Over there is just wasting my time and money, beside the really poor customer service. I wish I could find an honest place to take, for sure I am preparing my Chrysler Motor LLC Customer Center form to send it. I am pretty sure my jeep has some electrical problem beside that problem in the engine and I am not going to spend more money in a defective vehicle, specially when my warranties are not respected.
