AMAZING. THE BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. My past two trade-ins have been Ford make vehicles and I have loved them both very much. However I decided to do something different and decided to check out Landmark and see what they had to offer. Little did I know I had wandered into what I will always describe as the BEST dealership experience in my life. My sales rep was Luke. This guy is everything I want in a salesman. I did not feel pressure to buy a car nor did I feel like I was overwhelmed. Luke was very informative and listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for. He worked with me in terms of my price range as well. The fact that he treated me like an actual person and not just someone who could potentially make or break his commission made all the difference. I appreciate how even after I made the decision to purchase the vehicle, he STILL made an effort to reach out to me if I had any questions, comments, or concerns. He is a ROCKSTAR. I also appreciated that while I was waiting to do the paperwork for the financial terms of the vehicle, he sat and talked with me and my girls and was just very pleasant. I have always dreaded going to the dealership and facing the obnoxious salespeople that seem to abide there in abundance, and I am so glad that I was pleasantly surprised how opposite and awesome Luke was at Landmark. I was impressed with them making us feel welcome and wanted there. we were greeted right away and the salesmans were great after just a few minutes the salesman had given us more information about their vehicles and we learned so much we didn't know. their different packsges are amazing after I test drove my vehicle they immediately got us going every worker we passed had a smile we actually considered him a friend. he got us a great deal and made sure we knew excactly what we were going and how to work the new technology. this was the most pleasant dealership ive delt with I did purchase my vehicle and am absolutely happy with it!! My experience at other dealers had been VERY unpleasant because they stand around like vultures and are so pushy. I think it was made worse at that time because I really didn't even know what make/model I was looking for. Anyway, the salesman who helped me was Jordan and I highly recommend him. (If you don't request a certain salesman you get whoever happens to see you first.). Jordan was very patient, NOT pushy (that was why I walked away from other dealerships), and worked his butt off to make everything go smoothly. I was buying an older car and one of the things that impressed me most was that I was treated like I was buying an expensive new car. This was the case with EVERY employee I dealt with. And they didn't hesitate to let me take it to my mechanic (almost 30 miles away!) before purchasing. Jody in the business office was also great to work with. I'm really glad I went there and I love my car! Thank you Jordan and the rest of the staff at Landmark for making this a much more pleasant experience than I'd had at previous dealerships!
