Worst Dealership I've ever delt with Bought my new ram last year, it had its first detail and when it was done it had been hit by another car, scratches on the hood and down the drivers s Bought my new ram last year, it had its first detail and when it was done it had been hit by another car, scratches on the hood and down the drivers side. They had no clue how it happened and wanted to just repaint that side of truck, it only had 85 miles on it, theres no way they were repainting my new truck. So after 3 weeks of complaing and calling Chrysler they had ordered me a whole new truck. I was greatful they did that but a year and a half has gone by and Lees Summit Dodge has been servicing my truck since landmark messed it up. So i decide to give them another chance because my lower contol arm needs replaced so i take my truck in on 1~16~15 and they had it done by 3pm. I get off work early to get it and once they pull it around for me i noticed a dent and paint on my rear bumper. When i asked the service manager about it, all he could tell me was that Landmark is not responsible for any damage while it sits on the lot. To me thats xxxxxxxx and for that reason i will never go back to them and will not refer anyone to them. So if u decide to buy a car here, always check it over because there not careful with cars when the are working on them. More

The salesmen are a joke, they don't care about what vehicle you're interested in, they will try to sell you anything. They try to hide problems with cars in hopes that you won't notice until after you've bought. They have hundreds of hidden fees that most people will miss. I've never seen a dealer that asks for money before you even start to make a deal. And to top it off, read through the reviews on here, MOST OF THEM ARE WRITTEN BY THE SALESMEN!!!! More

The selection and inventory was awsome, and Dennis took the time and showed us all the features in and out of the one we were looking. Never in my past buying experiences have I had someone explain the truck, take the time to show us the bells and whistles, allow us to actually sample the features, and allow us to test drive the vehicle at our own pace. Dennis didnt TELL us about the truck he informed us about it, if that makes sence. Once we chose the one we wanted, the price was great, and they even offered more for our trade than the other Ram dealer we stopped at last week. One of the things my wife did notice before I did was tha admin fee. It was only 49.50 the other Ram dealer wanted 399, for what? The Delivery Manager and Business Manager was pleasent to work with. Dennis then had the truck ready for us by the time were completed all of the financial arrangements, he intoduced us to Steve Morris, his manager, showed us where service and parts were if we ever needed it, and then took the time to sync up our phone to the bluetooth, showed us all the features again, and what was amazing, answered EVERY question and beleive me, we felt so comfortable with the truck when we left, we felt like we have owened it for a while knowing how everything works and functions.. Our thanks to Dennis and all the staff there and we will be back for our next vehicle and reccommend Dennis and Landmark to all our family and friends. More

Great experience, great deal! We were about to drive all the way to Omaha to look at a car. We knew what we wanted and had done the research and made many test drives. Luckily, my wife saw the Landmark ad so we drove to KC that evening. Mike Xenos promised he'd hold the car for the time it took us to drive in. He met us at the door and we had a pleasant, low-key, no-hard sell test drive. We decided to buy the car. There is always a little drama in the negotiation, but it was just right. By that I mean fair. A fair price for my trade-in, a great price for the car, and a good deal for some financing. Ryan Hurd did the financials. By this time it was getting late but everyone stayed with it and hurried to make it right. Ryan was cheerful and made the "endless" paperwork fun. We jumped in the car to drive it home and soon discovered we didn't know how to start the car! Yikes, has everyone left the building? Fortunately, Mike was still around and told me I would have to keep my foot on the brake when I pushed the start button (new to me). Duh, I felt a little stupid but it quickly went away when I thought of the smart deal I had made. That as a couple of weeks ago and now I'm thinking I'm a genius. :-) Good group of guys, I recommend them. More
