I have used the Service Department o It is always nice to go into a dealership where the staff knows you by name and treats you as a valued customer. I have used the Service Department of this dealership for the last 12 years to maintain my Toyota vehicles (Avalon, Tacoma, & Camry). Appointments are easy to make, staff is knowledgeable and customer service oriented, and service is completed in a timely manner. One suggestion: While the service department has honored my discount coupons from other dealerships, it would be nice if this dealership offered their own coupons and that are "competitive" with those of other dealerships. This would not only allow customers to take advantage of the specials, but also, I feel, more firmly establish customer loyalty for that dealership. As an example: while I really appreciated the free complimentary car wash at my last service; I had to use another dealership coupon to find out about this. Regardless, Max helped me on my last service call and he has always been very courteous, friendly, and professional. More
