Had a great buying experience. Bought a Grand Highlander Hybrid out of state, as these are currently a hard find in my area. Landers McLarty was selling the car below MSRP, whereas our local dealer charges a 'market adjustment' and puts on dealer addons. Paid my deposit over the phone and about a month later got a call that the car had arrived. Flew into Nashville and dealership had arranged an airport pickup to take me to the dealership. I was in and out within an hour driving the car home. No surprises at closing and paid what was agreed upon when paying the deposit. Sales person I worked with was "DJ". Highly recommend this dealership.

Karissa was very knowledgeable and shared a lot more about the new 2026 RAV4 than other dealerships I'd called. Although she promised me the car on a particular date, only later did I find out "Toyota production has delayed it one month." OK...On a more positive note, Karissa actually delivered the car to me out-of-state, a 1.5 hour drive, as I did not have a car! Thank you;) Karissa took her time and went over everything about the car and setup the CarPlay, GPS, etc. She was always responsive and quick to reply, via text. I did not give a 5-star review only because this is about the overall dealership. So resulting from my interactions with their Finance Department, I would highly recommend the salesperson, Karissa, but warn "Buyer Be Ware" and be sure to know your financing options (with other Lenders , also) prior to speaking with that department! I'll say no more... Thank you, Karissa, for going above and beyond!! I do love the car;)
