Time frame of service I went in for an oil change and it should have taken about an hour. It was almost 1hr and 25 minutes when I went to the service department and inquir I went in for an oil change and it should have taken about an hour. It was almost 1hr and 25 minutes when I went to the service department and inquired about what was taking so long, I was then told there was an open recall on the Tacoma's. OK why wasn't it told this when I arrived. More

I worked with Landers McLarty Toyota to fully rebuild my RAV4 engine. Toyota was just solving the oil consumption problem only but I decided and wanted while inside this engine to not only solve the excessive oil consumption but also get the maximum life out of this engine so I had Lander McLarty Toyota provide me with a proposal to fully rebuild my engine. They kept me informed of the status along the process and completed the work in about two weeks. I now have basically a new engine. More

However, I have bought more than 12 vehicles in my lifetime and this was the most positive buying experience I have ever had. I got a new 2014 Prius V and traded in a 2010 Highlander. My salesman Paul Farris, had the Prius all opened up for display when I arrived at my scheduled appointment. He took the time to thoroughly explain the basics of a hybrid engine and explained all relevant components and controls prior to our test drive. He was very knowledgeable and answered the vast majority of my questions right away. When he didn't know something, he found out the answer for me. It was a lengthy test drive which allowed me to get a good feel for the car. The short bartering session was positive spirited and productive. I feel that I got a decent trade in on my Highlander and I feel that I got a fair deal on an incredible vehicle. They even introduced be to the service folks and the boss. Everyone was great. More

I receive regular correspondence from you, and other auto dealerships and service agencies around the area announcing discounts on service items. I usually try to time the service needs of my 2013 Avalon along with these discount offers. However, I purchased my Avalon from you and would like to continue to use your service deparment to take care of my auto. I made an appointment with Max in mid October to have my car serviced at your dealership. At that time I had an offer from a competitor that offered the full synthetic oil change with filter for $42.50 (with 6 quarts of oil) and a tire rotation for $9.95. Max assured me that you would meet that price on the service items. Upon arrival at your dealership I discussed this with the service writer. He seemed puzzled but said OK. When service was completed I was presented with a bill for $89.65. I then went through the same discussion with a service advisor (see invoice for name) that I had with the service writer. She reluctantly but finally agreed and I would up paying $61.99. These sort of discussions make me uncomfortable and I believe can be made completely unnecessary with notes or some written communication when the appointment is made. If your dealership does not wish to match other offers from other service agecies then it should be so specified at the time the appointment is made. If you wish to be competitive the make a note of the details at appointment time so this type of situation is avoided. No problem at all with the service provided. More

The employees are very helpful and always positive. Their motto should read, "Service with a smile" because that is exactly how they greet and take care of their customers.
