25K mile service I had an 8 AM appointment for the 25,000 miles check on my 2014 Highlander. I arrived on time and was warmly greeted. I decided to do an oil change si I had an 8 AM appointment for the 25,000 miles check on my 2014 Highlander. I arrived on time and was warmly greeted. I decided to do an oil change since I have an upcoming trip that would push me past the recommended oil change limit. In addition to the oil and filter change, L-M service rotated my tires and did a thorough end to end inspection of my vehicle. Everything fell within the acceptable limits. It took a little longer than I expected, about and hour and 40 minutes, but that was not a bother. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service and the professional way that I was treated. Get It in writing I decided to used Landers Toyota for a tune up I had called around and they offered the best quote. My work was supposed to be $127.95. It took around an hour longer than the time quoted and the bill was for $157.74. I had not brought in the quote that I was given over the phone, so I thought I must have misunderstood on the phone and was embarrassed to question it at the time. When I got home, I retrieved the quote and it was the $127.95.. Next time I need repairs, I wil lrequest the estimate to be in writing. Your sales man,"Doc", was kind enough to show me around in the sales lot and showed me several suv's and the van. I appreciated his knowledge and showing me what is available as I am considering a purchase in the near future. More
