If he didn’t know an answer to my question, he was humble & honest enough to admit to it but, he made it a point to seek out the answer for me. The managers were unlike any managers I’ve ever met at any other dealership. They didn’t give the impression of “I don’t need you to buy this truck because you’re just another number”. Honestly, I doubt that I’ll ever go to a different dealership to get my next Toyota. More
