I had scheduled a number of appointments with other area dealerships recently and the sales person was never prepared. Devon was prompt, prepared and extremely knowledgeable about the Murano. Should have paid more attention. Purchase easy I purchased a used 2016 nissan altima. The purchase itself wasnt bad. At one time our sales person disappeared for awhile. Someone else came in after I purchased a used 2016 nissan altima. The purchase itself wasnt bad. At one time our sales person disappeared for awhile. Someone else came in after awhile and told us he was washing our car. While looking at the car we asked if the vehicle had a second key. We were told " im not sure but i will find out" well during everything forgot about it. After everything was signed we were told "someone will call you in the couple of days to have a second key cut." about a week later I called them back asking about the key. Our salesperson was busy. Said would call back. Never called back. I called back again, was told will call you back in 30 min. Again no call back. I called back again finally set up appt on a saturday to have second key cut. We got up that saturday morning heading to huntsville(1 hr drive) as we are driving i thought i would call and make sure everything was good. It was not! There was no " we owe" paper. So i was going to have to pay for the key. We went home. That monday i called back again. Not sure on the amount of phones calls this time. Took more than 2 weeks to have a second key cut for my car and on top of that the key that we did have the battery was bad. One Of the seatbelts in the car has a bad spot in it.....after having the vehicle for a little while i am not happy the car. I called our sales guy back once again. Explained the situation. That there is nothing wrong with the car, i just dont really like it and wanted to see what we could. He said ok " give me 30 min and ill call you back" ok no problem. Over and hr later I call back.. Was told checking inventory. Said would try to call back that afternoon and if it wasnt that afternoon it would be the next day. Ok. No problem. Well still havent heard back from him and that was over 2 weeks ago. At 1 point i tried to email our salesperson. Asking questions i had. Like was i suppose to get a copy of the buyers guide( i dont even remember seeing one). Was i suppose to get any other papers other than the lease agreement and bill of sale... Email address wasnt correct. Emailed the dealership. No reply back. Purchase was fairly easy. But dont expect anything after the papers are signed. More

She asked very few questions and allowed us to look. Once we found what my wife wanted Jacquelyn explained the process and we decided to attempt a purchase. This is where we met Bruce Bennett who was working with Jacquelyn, We explained to Bruce we were not buying Saturday. With our approval he presented us with a quote. Explained that we would take the qoute home and mull it over which was fine with the dealership. Returned Sunday and met with Jackie and Bruce with a counter offer. We finally agreed on a price. This is where Brent Drake entered the picture as the finance person. Brent was straighr forward and honest in obtaining financing. Best car buying experience I think I have ever had. More

Single Greatest Experience Ever! I am 56 years old, and have purchased a lot of cars all over the US and Europe. As most are aware, the car buying experience is exhausting, frustrati I am 56 years old, and have purchased a lot of cars all over the US and Europe. As most are aware, the car buying experience is exhausting, frustrating and normally not pleasant. However, this was enjoyable. Why you ask? His name is Earl Burke, and he is incredible. Professional, courteous, honest, and those are a small sampling of who this man really is. It was easy to establish trust with him right out of the gate; trust is the foundation of moving forward in any negotiation, and earl had mine. I knew I had his, when I observed how he interjected on my behalf with another of his teammates. I would encourage any all who view this to visit earl next time you are looking for a new ride. The worst thing that can happen is you meet one of the most genuine, sincere, humble people on this planet. More
The Worst Experience Ever! I have been purchasing my cars from this business since 2009, when it was Regal Nissan. This is my third and FINAL association with Landers McLarty Nissan of Huntsville. Jesse James was my salesman. When I first arrived, he told me the car was being detailed. We went to do paperwork while I wait on seeing the vehicle. After we finished, he stated he was going to see if they are done with the detail. He proceeded to get the car off of the lot! IT was never being detailed, and he forbid me to drive it. On my paperwork, the 2018 Altima had 11 miles, however, once I was able to get inside, the vehicle had 350 miles on it. As I told him, I see why he wouldn't let me drive the car because it drives like a SENTRA! Again, I have been in an Altima since 2009, I know the feel of it. Also, the finance manager was very unprofessional! He proceeded to yell at me when I refused the extended warranty that would have increased my payment by $100. My daughter was there to witness everything! Do yourself a favor, go to Lynn Layton, somewhere, anywhere but Huntsville Nissan! More
