Straight Shooter 2 days ago I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima that was fully loaded. I should note that this was not the first car I test drove there (2017 Altima midni 2 days ago I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima that was fully loaded. I should note that this was not the first car I test drove there (2017 Altima midnight edition). I fell in love with the Midnight Edition Altima but was not able to agree to terms. I felt that it was a little out of my budget. Sylvester laid things out for my wife without sugar coating anything. He was straightforward and honest about financing. Sylvester was not pushy at all. I never once came away with the impression that he only cared about making the sale. He was patient and really engaging. I presented my budget and he said he would find a car (2015 Altima) that would work with my budget. I feel the car I bought was better than the one I originally sought. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. I've visited other dealerships and I did not have great experiences just trying to LOOK at cars. Sylvester definitely made this a painless process. AS far as I'm concerned, that man is the GOAT! More

Ignored Me, my husband, and my child came on Sunday 8/14/2018 to look at possibly buying a new vehicle. We arrived at 1, when they opened, before anyone else. No one would speak to us while we were looking around, but everyone whom arrived after were all greeted with opened arms. The only employee that spoke to us literally asked us if a truck was ours (one they apparently needed moved) and when we said no he walked away. We are very disappointed and left after walking around for 30 more minutes. More

I test drove two Altimas that I saw on the website and he helped me determine which vehicle was the right fit for me. The process was quick and I didn't feel pressured to purchase the car like some dealers do. If I had to purchase another vehicle I would definitely use Lance again. The detail department needs work. The department was closed when I purchased my vehicle so I had to bring my car back. I waited an hour to get what I thought was a detail job . They literally washed my car and didn't even vacuum the car out or put the mats in the car. They need help. Lance offered to send it back but I was out of time. Other than that my experience was great Thanks to Lance and Mitch. More

Extraordinary Custome Service After choosing a vehicle online, I clicked on the best price button. The next day, Berney Waite, Sales Manager, contacted me. He worked with me on the specifics, we were looking for in a vehicle. He assigned Rico Ocasio, as my sales representative. When we arrived at the dealership, Berney and Rico both came out to greet us. Rico took the time to explain each of the "bells and whistles" included with the Rogue. He showed us how to operate and maneuver through each option. The original vehicle we chose, had be sold. Rico found another vehicle with the same options at a dealership in Tennessee. He arranged to have it transported to Huntsville, without hesitation. (We will pick it up this weekend) Berney met with us on pricing. We are extremely pleased with the price we were able to negotiate with Berney. He was pleasant, friendly and never lost patience with us.
