SERVICE IS POOR WORST SERVICE. Service Manager is arrogant and has a don't give a crap attitude. You have to call them to find out about your vehicle.. 4 truck ba WORST SERVICE. You have to call them to find out about your vehicle.. 4 truck batteries for the same vehicle in 3 years and despite having a FORD 3 year warranty, still had to pay for the batteries. This is not an isolated instance. We have tried them many times on various Ford vehicles we own(ed) over a 9 year period in the sheer hope of improvement.. Keeps getting worse. Please avoid this place and their service personnel. More

When we arrived at Landers to close the deal there were absolutely no surprises, making it a very smooth and exciting transaction. The atmosphere and customer service at Landers in Collierville is the best I seen at any car dealership. (It was difficult getting the dealership to call me back several times before I got with David----then, never a problem again!). We couldn't meet at mutual agreement on price, so I left. The next day, I called and continued the negotiation. We met in the middle ( more their middle than mine-lol, but I was satisfied). It was contingent that David bring the car and paperwork halfway. He did and 30 minutes at Taco Bell, he drove off in my trade and I drove my new car home. ***. I am a single female and he answered every question honestly, respectfully and without pressure. He answered some things that he could have lied or manipulated on and I wouldn't have known. He showed integrity and I can't recommend him more highly.
