This is the third car I have purchased from this dealer in the past four years. Each experience has been better than the last. On all three occasions I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Salesman Hani Qoran, Managers Kent Ritchey, Jr. and Julian Roberts, and Finance Manager Peter Cotros. As a single mom, the car buying process is intimidating. At Landers, I am always greeted by a welcoming sales staff eager to be of service. Hani’s patient, laid-back demeanor makes me feel comfortable throughout the process of searching for the ideal vehicle. I’ve never felt pressure to purchase before being ready. Kent & Julian go above and beyond in working out the details of the purchases and ensuring that I remain a satisfied customer. Peter even makes the financial portion of the purchase a delight. I will NEVER buy a car anywhere else. I highly recommend the Landers Ford Collierville team to everyone. More
I purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX from Landers in Collierville in June. Customer Service since then has been dismal. I have called again and again due to problems with getting the car registered. Most of the time when requesting to speak with someone I get their voice mail. When I leave a message they NEVER return the call nor will they respond to e-mails. I live 120 miles away so I can't just drop in. Very good communication until they sell the vehicle. More
I drove every midsize SUV that consumer reports recommended with the exception of the Lincoln MKX only because the SUV I was coming out of was the first American made vehicle I had owned in 15 year recommended with the exception of the Lincoln MKX only because the SUV I was coming out of was the first American made vehicle I had owned in 15 years & I had in the service department about every other month with something wrong with it. I had not had this kind of experience with the other 2 vehicles I had owned that were foreign made. So because of this I was avoiding American made cars, so after driving every foreign midsize SUV (consumer reports recommended) we could not find one that combined the luxury I had become accustomed to coming from a Cadillac Escalade with the room and a great drive. I kept reading about how the Lincoln MKX was an exceptional vehicle as far as customer satisfaction and reliability and what an awesome hands free SYNC system it had to offer. The morning that we were to go purchase the BMW X5 that we liked, but I really didn't love especially for the hefty price tag, I told my husband I wanted to look at the MKX. As far as realiability it ranked higher than many of the foreign vehicles we had looked and driven, including the BMW. I had kept saying how I wish I could design my own new vehicle. So many of the cars I drove would have one facet that I loved and not another. I wanted to combine the interior of the Lexus, the drive of the BMW,but the room closer to that of my Escalade. AND I FOUND IT - as soon as I looked at the interior of the MKX I was so impressed, but then the drive, OOOH and the vista sunroof and the room, oh and needless to say the gas mileage and the hands free system, I was sold. I have loved and enjoyed this car more than any other car I have owned & I think knowing that I really DID my homework in researching for a great car has given me so much satisfaction!! Landers Ford along with Wendall Brown and Don Kitchens, you couldn't ask for a better team of great service, professionalism, knowledgable and helpful individuals. I recently took my car in for it's first oil change and I was very impressed with Scott and the service and promptness of the service I received, oh and I loved my complimentary cup of Starbucks coffee while I waited. Thank you for making my experience coming back to American made vehicle such a positive one! More
THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME TOTALLY RESEARCHING AND BUYING A CAR BY MYSELF AND FRANKIE FRANKLIN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE THRU OUT THE WHOLE PROCESS. IT WAS ALREADY A VERY STRESSFUL TIME DUE TO HAVING TO B CAR BY MYSELF AND FRANKIE FRANKLIN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE THRU OUT THE WHOLE PROCESS. IT WAS ALREADY A VERY STRESSFUL TIME DUE TO HAVING TO BUY A NEW VEHICLE DUE TO MY TRUCK BEING TOTALED OUT BY SOMEBODY WHO RAN A TWO WAY STOP SIGN AND HIT ME.I HAD NEVER EVEN BEEN INVOLVED IN A MAJOR WRECK LIKE THIS BEFORE SO THIS WAS A TOTAL LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR ME IN A LOT OF AREAS AND THIS FORD DEALER LOCATION AND FRANKIE FRANKLIN WERE GREAT.I RECOMMEND THEM EVERY TIME I GET A CHANCE TO ANYBODY WHO IS LOOKING TO BUY A CAR.THANKS AGAIN More
I had a problem finding the E C M on my 97 T-Bird, everyone kept telling me that it was on the passengers kickpanel. I told them that it wasn't there they, just said that was what the book said. After contacting Landers Ford and having no luck with the parts department , they were good enough to transfer me to the service department. That is where I had the good fortune of speaking with Steve. He spent the extra time to research the part and ask the mechanics, to finaly solve the problem. I found these guys to be concerned with my problem , even though I didn't spend any money with them. Just think how helpful they would be if you bought you vehicle there. I will Shop here for my next auto. More
